Requirements
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
  • Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
  • Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
  • Visa sponsorship: We sponsor visas; however, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate, but we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa
Responsibilities
  • Lead live, hands-on developer sessions at ecosystem events that take startup founders from first API call to committed platform adoption — building in the room, not just presenting slides
  • Design and run build-a-thons, technical office hours, and workshops at VC and accelerator partner events that activate developers against their real use cases
  • Develop a repeatable playbook for turning ecosystem touchpoints into measurable developer sign-ups and active usage
  • Partner closely with the Startups GTM team to create clean handoffs from relationship → activation → retention
  • Create production-quality technical resources and products — working code samples, reference architectures, tutorial repos, and blog posts — that help a 2-person team ship with Claude in under a week
  • Build live demos and prototypes that showcase Claude's real capabilities for common startup use cases, not marketing-grade toy examples
  • Partner with the Product team to stay current on platform capabilities and ensure content reflects what's actually differentiated about Claude
  • Lead the technical track at Anthropic's builder summits and global startup activations
  • Design creative sessions that move developers from curious to building within a single event — with a bias toward live coding over slide decks
  • Identify and build relationships with key technical communities — open-source contributors, developer platforms, and accelerator cohorts
  • Be a trusted, credible technical resource in the startup ecosystem that founders come to for advice
  • Surface real developer signal and founder feedback from the ecosystem back to internal teams
  • Work with GTM, Sales, and Marketing to shape developer-focused activation campaigns grounded in what founders actually care about
  • Collaborate with the Startups Partnerships team to ensure VC and accelerator relationships translate into real developer engagement and usage metrics
  • Stay closely aligned with Product on platform strategy so your content and programs reflect what Claude can genuinely do
  • Own success metrics tied to developer activation, net new logos, and ecosystem engagement — and build reporting that connects your work to business outcomes
  • Build repeatable processes that scale beyond yourself as the startup ecosystem grows
Desired Qualifications
  • Founded a company or been an early employee at a startup — you've lived the 0-to-1 journey and know what it actually takes to go from idea to product-market fit
  • The ability to write production-quality code and build live demos in front of a technical audience — not polished walkthroughs, but real builds that show how to solve a problem
  • 7+ years of experience across a combination of founding, building, and technical roles — developer relations or evangelism is a plus, but builder credibility matters more than a DevRel title
  • High energy and dynamism on stage with a highly technical audience — you can command a room of YC founders and handle tough follow-up questions without losing the thread
  • Hands-on experience building with LLMs and shipping AI-powered products — you stay close to the technology and can speak to real production tradeoffs
  • Experience turning ecosystem relationships — with VCs, accelerators, or developer communities — into measurable developer adoption
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends for events
  • Genuine enthusiasm for building AI responsibly — you care about Anthropic's mission beyond the technology itself

SailPoint announces new integration with the Claude Compliance API to provide enterprise-grade Identity Security for AI platforms.

SailPoint announces new integration with the Claude Compliance API to provide enterprise-grade Identity Security for AI platforms. SailPoint | Published 22 May 2026 SailPoint's new Claude Compliance API connector, delivers essential governance and visibility over Claude Enterprise access and usage SailPoint, Inc. (Nasdaq: SAIL), a leader in enterprise identity security, today announced a new integration with the Claude Compliance API. The new SailPoint connector with the Claude Compliance API provides Claude Enterprise organisations with the essential visibility and governance needed to secure access to and usage of AI platforms across the enterprise. As enterprises increasingly adopt powerful AI tools like Claude to accelerate business innovation, they face a new frontier of security challenges. This integration addresses the critical need for robust identity security over the expanding AI landscape. The SailPoint Claude Compliance API connector extends SailPoint's enterprise-grade identity security to Anthropic's Claude Enterprise, enabling organisations to confidently adopt AI while maintaining stringent security and compliance standards. "While the industry discusses the future of AI security, SailPoint is delivering it today. As Anthropic makes its Compliance API available, SailPoint is building a meaningful, governance-focused integration," said Chandra Gnanasambandam, EVP of Product and Chief Technology Officer, SailPoint. "This gives our customers the ability to not just monitor, but truly govern their AI workforce from day one, treating AI platform access with the same rigor and contextual understanding as they would for a critical application or datastore." The new integration reinforces SailPoint's commitment to securing the modern enterprise by extending identity security to the rapidly growing landscape of AI tools. By integrating Claude Enterprise into the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, SailPoint enables enterprises to: * Gain unified visibility: Centrally manage all Claude Enterprise users, groups, group members, and roles. This ensures consistent governance policies across your entire digital ecosystem. * Govern non-human identities: Discover and govern Claude AI agents as part of SailPoint's single agent registry across your organisations' ecosystem, a critical step in securing the automated workforce of the future. * Apply adaptive identity: Secure access across your agent ecosystem, including Claude agents, from a central control point by leveraging our AI-powered platform to understand the context of access; who is accessing what, when, and why. This real-time, risk-adaptive approach extends to Claude Enterprise, delivering deeper security insights. The definition of an identity continues to expand beyond human users to include non-human entities like machines, APIs, workloads, and now, AI agents. This proliferation of AI tools in the enterprise has created a risk of "Shadow AI," where usage is ungoverned and invisible to IT and security teams. The SailPoint integration with the Claude Compliance API directly addresses this risk, providing the necessary controls to manage and secure these non-human identities and giving Claude Enterprise organisations the confidence to innovate securely.
