- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Drive closure of local IT user calls within specified service-level agreements.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors, monitor work progress, and escalate delays and changes to the manager.
- Review and prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly call analysis reports, call trend reports, and hardware failure reports.
- Coordinate with the manager and engineers regarding process, management, and technical support changes.
- Coordinate with the Procurement team and ensure stock availability for daily operations.
- Act as a point of contact for the Service Desk team for issue escalations and nonstandard service requests.
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules.
- Graduation in Information Technology is highly preferable.
