About the job

Requirements
  • A portfolio demonstrating real applications of AI in writing, design, video, or interactive work, with results rather than experiments.
  • At least three years of experience in advertising, design, production, or product environments; agency experience is a strong plus.
  • At least one shipped AI-powered tool, agent, or workflow that the candidate can discuss in depth, including what it does, how it was built, what broke, and what they would change.
  • Working-level proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, including the ability to read a codebase and make non-trivial changes.
  • Experience with Git, GitHub, the command line, and basic deployment using Vercel, Replit, Modal, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with APIs, structured outputs such as JSON schemas, tool calling, and webhooks.
  • Excellent command of English.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with creative directors, strategists, copywriters, and designers to prototype AI-powered experiences, including brand-voice agents, generative campaigns, and interactive installations.
  • Translate briefs and requests for proposals into creative-technology strategies that blend storytelling with appropriate AI capabilities, and build working pitch demonstrations.
  • Run co-creation workshops to surface opportunities using the role’s hybrid creative and technical skill set.
  • Build internal tools such as client-specific brand assistants, copy-critique loops, asset-generation pipelines, and research agents.
  • Design and ship multi-step agent workflows, including Model Context Protocol servers connecting Claude or Gemini to internal tools, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines over brand archives, and evaluation loops to detect hallucinations.
  • Apply prompt and context engineering, including system prompts, tool use, structured outputs, retrieval-augmented generation, and light fine-tuning where warranted.
  • Select and justify models based on cost, context window, multimodality, European Union data residency, and latency.
  • Build evaluations to measure brand-voice drift and factual accuracy.
  • Ship working software using Python and/or TypeScript, work on the command line, and follow Git and GitHub workflows.
  • Use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agentic development tools in daily work.
  • Prototype quickly and prepare work for production when a prototype proves itself.
  • Bridge creative, strategy, and technical teams.
  • Explain AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical clients and colleagues without hype or condescension.
  • Mentor the team on practical AI use, including prompts, tools, when not to use AI, and where human craft remains essential.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, web frameworks, and lightweight backend deployment.
  • Experience with ComfyUI and node-based pipelines.
  • Agency experience.
  • Familiarity with Anthropic Claude, including Claude Code, Model Context Protocol, and Projects; OpenAI GPT; Google Gemini; and open-source models via Ollama or similar.
  • Experience with agent frameworks and protocols such as Model Context Protocol, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent, including building agentic systems.
  • Experience with image and video tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Sora, Veo, and Kling.
  • Experience with voice and audio tools such as ElevenLabs and Suno or equivalents.
  • Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, and pgvector, embedding models, and retrieval evaluation.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Knowledge of web development with Next.js or React, computer-generated imagery pipelines, or machine-learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Greek or Arabic language skills.
