Responsibilities
Support design leadership in maintaining performance and advancing the company’s growth and brand through integrated operations, team alignment, and proactive problem solving.
Incorporate company design standards into conceptual design integration and support best-practices development and documentation.
Oversee alignment of design direction with the company’s design ethos.
Ensure project-team adherence to design tools, processes, and standards for efficiency and effectiveness.
Guarantee the accuracy of collateral from Design in support of Sales and Marketing teams.
Collaborate and coordinate with Visualization for Luminary homes.
Create and manage Discovery assets required by Discovery and Sales teams, including presentations, lot fits, and KMZ view studies.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-departmental teams to ensure adherence to internal processes and quality standards.
Provide insight on projects and the company’s design ethos to Sales and Marketing teams as needed.
Manage designer staff and distribute workload.
Train, coach, and mentor designer staff.
Interview and hire qualified design-team personnel, and mentor and train them.
Create, monitor, maintain, update, and train processes and procedures for design-related tasks.
Encourage routine and consistent use of SketchUp, Revit, and Bluebeam.
Collaborate within design teams to implement processes and procedures with project teams.
Provide architectural design direction and oversight for Luminary homes.
Moderate the design committee and calibrate committee members to current priorities.
Perform design work as needed on high-profile projects.
Present SketchUp models and visualization assets to potential clients for Luminary homes.
Desired Qualifications
Architectural registration is preferred, or the candidate should be on track for architectural licensure.
Familiarity with Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, and Enscape is preferred.

Essential Qualifications
Minimum 6+ years residential and/or hospitality architectural experience in an architecture or hands-on homebuilding/construction organization with 3+ years of architectural management experience
