  • Genuine understanding of ecommerce trends, technology developments, and structural shifts in how consumers and businesses buy.
  • Ability to write and present clear, opinionated, and persuasive strategic work.

  • Challenge proposed approaches when the solution is ahead of the problem and refocus discussions on the client's desired outcome.
  • Engage directly with C-suite and Director-level stakeholders at tier-one accounts as a trusted strategic adviser.
  • Lead structured conversations about clients' six- to twelve-month priorities, pressures, and opportunities.
  • Build and evolve key account plans for tier-one relationships.
  • Establish and improve frameworks for demonstrating client value through board-level outcomes rather than delivery metrics.
  • Maintain an evidence-based point of view on the future of ecommerce technology and customer experience.

  • Brief and challenge the Commerce Management Team and solutions architects with strategic context before pitches and account reviews.

  • Work with the Business Analysis team to add problem diagnosis to discovery and requirements work.

  • Lead strategic conversations with tier-one clients to clarify value and next steps.
  • Establish a point of view on ecommerce direction for client conversations and external-facing content.
  • Build working relationships with solutions architects, the Project Director, the Director of Technology, and the VP of Commerce.
  • Improve problem definition quality at the front end of engagements.
  • Introduce or improve frameworks for evidencing and communicating the commercial value of client work.

Brave Bison provides end-to-end digital advertising and marketing services through four pillars: Commerce, Media, Social, and Technology, serving clients worldwide. It blends in-house talent, proprietary tools, and strategic acquisitions (notably SocialChain) to plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns that move audiences from awareness to action. The Social pillar handles content creation and influencer management; Media buys paid digital media; Commerce converts audiences into customers; and Technology supports measurement and automation with data tools. The goal is to build a globally native media and marketing group that grows through acquisitions and expands its end-to-end capabilities to adapt to the fast-changing digital landscape.
