  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Experience excelling in enterprise software-as-a-service sales, tech-forward consulting, sales engineering, or forward-deployed engineering.
  • Be computer-science-literate and able to speak confidently with information technology leaders about technical implementation details (APIs, schemas, high-level architecture).
  • Be comfortable doing deep discovery to understand prospects' current workflows and challenges with those workflows.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify leads by identifying and engaging key decision-makers at enterprise healthcare organizations.
  • Run discovery and product demos to understand customer pain points and showcase Neon’s automation platform.
  • Manage pipeline end to end, from outreach through contract negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Exceed revenue targets and drive consistent quota attainment.
  • Participate in implementation and ongoing success after the sale, acting as the connective tissue between client stakeholders, product/engineering teams, and leadership.
  • Own the relationship with senior client stakeholders and drive implementations to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
  • Translate business needs into product rollouts, coordinating cross-functional resources, and shaping new products based on customer problems.
  • Track timelines, risks, and outcomes across multiple programs; identify expansion opportunities for deeper adoption and increased value.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations and enterprise buyers in healthcare; ability to navigate complex contracting and change management.
  • Strategic operator with ability to think at management consulting level and execute.
  • Proven ability to own complex deals, including managing red-lines and contract negotiations.
  • Program management excellence with ability to structure projects, drive clarity, and deliver on commitments.
  • Technical curiosity with ability to dig into product workflows and technical details.
  • Trusted advisor who can build credibility with executives while managing day-to-day operations.
  • Change driver capable of pushing through ambiguity and mobilizing teams toward outcomes.
  • Experience leveraging modern sales and collaboration tools: Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong, Slack, Notion, Zoom (as part of required tools)
  • Proficiency with enterprise sales tools and ecosystems; able to articulate APIs, schemas, architecture during buyer conversations.
