- Verify specifications by measuring completed parent items in check fixtures according to First Off procedures and notify the supervisor when additional resources are needed.
- Verify that equipment is operational and properly used, and notify management of issues or inconsistencies.
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening them together.
- Assemble parts according to the Bill of Materials, Quality in Station requirements, work instructions, control plans, or other blueprints using mechanical or adhesive fasteners.
- Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as intended.
- Complete production and quality forms when applicable.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with 6S procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Position components using templates, fixtures, or measurements according to quality documentation.
- Prepare work by gathering components, tools, and materials according to specifications and ensuring incoming items meet quality standards.
- One or more years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
