Requirements
  • Mechanical ability, analytical thinking, and work organization.
  • Knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures, heavy construction, farm, and material-handling equipment, repair methods, and records.

  • Ability to pass a WorkSteps fit-for-duty exam and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment safely.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of heavy equipment on trucks.
  • Keep the equipment yard clean and maintained.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience with heavy construction equipment.
  • Forklift certification, or willingness to pass a certification course.
