  • A solid understanding of how external providers and outsourcing relationships are governed, documented, and monitored from a risk and compliance perspective.
  • Comfort working with risk assessments, service levels, control evidence, recurring reporting, and cross-functional governance routines.

About the company

It is BaFin-licensed and focuses on removing regulatory and technical hurdles for partners, differentiating itself by providing end-to-end investment infrastructure to fintechs, banks, wealth managers, and tech firms. Its goal is to enable partners to launch compliant, customer-centric investment services with minimal integration effort while maintaining independent operation under its new ownership.
