About the company

Eastbound Collective partners with women, veterans, and other underrepresented groups to enter and grow in the cannabis industry by providing education, resources, and opportunities that lower barriers to entry. Each Higher Collective location tells a unique story developed with a social equity partner, linking the shop to real community outcomes. What believers are saying

  • Higher Collective opened Torrington on June 8, 2026, expanding Litchfield County coverage.
  • Brix Remix launched in June 2026, widening distribution through Higher Collective shelves.

What critics are saying

  • Connecticut's November 1, 2026 social-equity control rules threaten Eastbound's partnership structure.

  • Five Connecticut dispensaries give it statewide reach in a fragmented market.
