Apple beats with $114.48B revenue, but memory costs hit guidance; price target raised to $360

Apple shares fell about 3% in after-hours trading Monday after the company beat quarterly expectations but gave weaker guidance. Higher memory costs and slowing services growth weighed on the outlook. Revenue for the fiscal fourth quarter rose 12% to $114.48 billion, ahead of the $113.39 billion expected. Earnings per share grew 14% to $2.10, against estimates of $1.99. For the December quarter, Apple expects revenue growth of 7% to 10%, above forecasts. It guided gross margin to 45% to 46%, below the 46.9% consensus, and services growth to 8% to 9%, below the 10% estimate. The foldable iPhone Duo sold out at launch, and chief operating officer Sabih Khan said supply remains constrained. CNBC's Investing Club raised its price target to $360 from $340 but kept its hold-equivalent rating, citing the stock's run and high valuation.
