What believers are saying

  • Flow’s website was updated in 2026, showing the company still actively maintains its brand.
  • Its AI claims, including speech recognition and predictive borrower analysis, map to cost savings.
  • Expansion from Vietnam into Indonesia and India gives Flow access to large delinquency pools.

What critics are saying

  • Flow’s public updates stop at 2023, signaling weak external momentum and low visibility.
  • A 2020 Series A and planned Series B leave the company seemingly capital constrained.
  • Debt collection is regulation-heavy; any borrower-abuse scandal would destroy its ethical-brand differentiation.

What makes FLOW unique

  • Flow’s Singapore platform targets unsecured consumer debt in Vietnam, Indonesia, and India.
  • It combines AI-driven collections with ethical engagement for financial institutions.
  • Flow says it has supported 2.8 million consumers and doubled revenue in 2021.
