About the company

Tract develops master-planned data center parks in key markets with pre-positioned power and fiber to meet hyperscale and wholesale demand. They design and coordinate campuses, securing infrastructure and working with local governments so sites fit zoning and community goals, making the campuses ready-to-build for rapid deployment. Unlike typical developers, Tract emphasizes collaborative site selection with municipalities, pre-positioned utility access, and master-planned growth that maximizes local economic benefits while minimizing land and neighbor impact. Its goal is to accelerate responsible data center growth by delivering ready-to-build campuses that meet large-scale demand and create economic value for the communities involved.
