Responsibilities
- Apply marketing and sales acumen to support revenue growth strategies within the aerospace manufacturing sector.
- Partner with leadership to identify market opportunities, refine positioning, and support go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop high-impact, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with speed and quality.
- Translate complex data, strategies, and insights into clear, compelling narratives with strong visual design.
- Conduct rapid, in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments.
- Evaluate market direction, channel effectiveness, cost benchmarks, and positioning opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Analyze campaign performance across digital and traditional channels, including email, social, events, and web.
- Track and report marketing key performance indicators, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, return on investment, and conversion rates.
- Build dashboards and reports for real-time performance tracking and optimization.
- Deliver insights that inform growth initiatives, forecasting, and business strategy.
- Support the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize return on investment.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine targeting and messaging.
- Leverage knowledge of aerospace marketplaces such as Aviation Week and SpeedNews, and key tradeshows including Farnborough, Paris Air Show, NBAA, and Verticon.
- Support end-to-end event coordination, including logistics, booth strategy, messaging, and executive alignment.
- Ensure strong brand presence and return on investment from industry engagements.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution.
- Support integrated planning across departments to drive efficiency and impact.
- Develop insights into customer behavior, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities through data-backed analysis of customer and market trends.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and campaign tools.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
