Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience writing paid social advertisements judged on sales outcomes.
  • Experience managing more than $100,000 per month in advertising spend across advertisements for a single brand.
  • Demonstrated ability to iterate on a winning advertisement and produce multiple additional variations.
  • Experience opening a new audience and identifying the angle that enabled entry.
  • Excellent spoken-word writing for video.
  • Strong direct-response fundamentals, including offers, mechanisms, objection handling, and proof.
  • Experience briefing editors or creators.
Responsibilities
  • Find new winning creative angles to sustain advertising performance as budgets grow.
  • Open new audiences, including runners, older adults concerned about falling, and people who spend all day on their feet.
  • Review performance data weekly, iterate on effective creative, and retire exhausted creative.
  • Write short- and long-form video scripts, including attention-grabbing hooks and natural dialogue.
  • Brief and manage editors and creators so the creative concept survives production.
  • Extend successful angles into landing pages and email.
  • Ship approximately 15 creative briefs per week, combining new concepts with iterations of effective advertisements.
  • Research clinical concepts and explain them clearly and honestly in approximately 15 seconds of camera time.
