Seed Group partners with VerbaFlo to bring AI-powered leasing and resident communications to property operators in the UAE.

Seed Group partners with VerbaFlo to bring AI-powered leasing and resident communications to property operators in the UAE. Dubai, UAE; London, UK - 13 October 2026 - Seed Group, a company of The Private Office of Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, has entered into a strategic partnership with London-based VerbaFlo to support its growth in the residential property sector in the UAE. VerbaFlo provides AI technology for leasing and resident communications, serving landlords and operators of rental housing and student accommodation. The agreement provides VerbaFlo with access to Seed Group's network as it expands its business with UAE property owners, developers and management companies. Seed Group will help identify prospective clients and facilitate discussions with government and institutional stakeholders in real estate. Additionally, its support will extend to opportunities elsewhere in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. VerbaFlo already works with established British operators, including Homes for Students, Moda Living, Fusion Students and Downing. Founded in 2024, the company caters to more than 50 residential operators across 12 countries, with its platform supporting over 300,000 residential units. Hisham Al Gurg, CEO of Seed Group and The Private Office of Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, said: "VerbaFlo's work with established residential operators was a significant consideration for us. These businesses manage a high volume of inquiries, and the quality of their responses is crucial for both occupancy rates and the satisfaction of current residents. This experience is particularly relevant to the UAE. Our objective is to assist VerbaFlo in understanding the needs of local operators and to foster the relationships necessary for establishing a sustainable business in this region." More than 60% of resident conversations take place outside office hours, which is why VerbaFlo runs 24/7 across phone, email, web chat and WhatsApp, supporting over 200 languages. For leasing teams, VerbaFlo's AI agents answer questions from prospective tenants, schedule viewings and follow up on inquiries, while a native CRM keeps every exchange in one connected record. Staff members can intervene when a conversation necessitates their expertise, with access to a full record of previous exchanges. Moreover, VerbaFlo integrates with property management systems like Yardi and Entrata, ensuring that communications are connected to the records already utilised by the teams. The company reports that its platform has managed over 10 million conversations to date, with an average AI response time of 3.7 seconds. VerbaFlo resolves 90% of these conversations through AI, returning hours to onsite teams for the resident moments that shape retention. Beyond leasing, VerbaFlo covers the rest of the resident journey across resident support, maintenance requests, renewals, rent and payments, other routine correspondence, and move out. Its intelligence layer, VerbaIQ, lets managers ask about portfolio performance in plain language and turns everyday resident conversations into operational insight. Sayantan Biswas, Founder & CEO at VerbaFlo, said: "A single tower in the Gulf can hold residents from dozens of nationalities, speaking as many languages, and a message has to land correctly whichever one a resident writes in. VerbaFlo already runs in over 200 languages across our US, UK and Europe base, so this is the ground we already stand on. The UAE brings together one of the most international resident populations in the world, a rental sector that continues to professionalise and a clear national ambition to bring AI into property services, which makes it a natural place for us to invest and build. Our partnership with Seed Group is extremely important to us, as it brings us close to the relationships and local understanding that matter most in this market, and we see the UAE as the opening chapter of a longer Gulf story." In its expansion into the UAE, multilingual communication and integration with existing property systems are pivotal components of the offering. This partnership is also aligned with Dubai's broader initiative to modernise property services. The Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, which corresponds with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, recognises the role of artificial intelligence and digital technology in enhancing operational efficiency and improving the customer experience. VerbaFlo maintains offices in London and Delhi NCR and provides services to operators across the UK, Europe, and the United States. Its investors include Pi Labs, Haatch, Navigate Ventures, and Old College Capital, the venture investment arm of the University of Edinburgh. About verbaflo. Entrata introduces Entrata Pro at Summit 2026, giving new AI capability Across the Entrata OS.

Entrata introduces Entrata Pro at Summit 2026, giving new AI capability Across the Entrata OS. New AI capabilities give multifamily operators one place to build and manage AI agents, analyze business performance, and oversee AI use. September 15, 2026 13:00 ET | Source: Entrata LEHI, Utah, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Entrata(R), a leading AI-enabled multifamily industry operating system, today announced Entrata Pro, a new elevated agentic platform tier across the Entrata OS, at its annual Entrata Summit. Entrata Pro introduces four new capabilities - ELI Console, Agent Studio, Analytics, and AI Admin - that give multifamily operators new ways to access and analyze data, deploy AI agents, and manage how AI is used across their organization. Entrata Pro works across Entrata's Operations Experience Platform (OXP) and Resident Experience Platform (RXP), connecting AI capabilities across the systems property teams use to manage their business and serve residents. It also serves as the foundation for Entrata's AI capabilities across leasing, renewals, maintenance, and payments. "AI is changing how multifamily teams work, but its value depends on how well it understands the business," said Adam Edmunds, CEO of Entrata. "Entrata Pro brings together the data, processes, and knowledge our customers already have with AI agents that can help put that information into action. It's an important next step toward Autonomous Property Management(R), giving teams new ways to work more efficiently while maintaining visibility and control." One AI Experience Across the Entrata OS Entrata Pro brings AI capabilities into one experience across the Entrata OS. Rather than requiring teams to search across dashboards or rely on knowledge held by individual team members, Entrata Pro can use a company's data and established procedures to answer questions, surface information, and support teams across properties. Entrata Pro also gives operators flexibility in the AI models they use. Work can run on Forge, Entrata's model tuned for multifamily, as well as leading frontier and open-source models, with the appropriate model automatically matched to each job. ELI Console: Bringing Information and Decisions Into One Place ELI Console allows team members to ask questions in plain language and receive answers based on their company's data. Answers cite their sources and are limited to information each user has permission to access. ELI Console also provides a daily decision queue that surfaces items requiring human attention and connects them to the company's established procedures. Users can review the information and take action directly from ELI Console rather than moving between separate dashboards. AI Admin: Giving Operators Governance and Control AI Admin gives operators centralized oversight of AI use across their organization. It maintains an audit trail of AI interactions, including the model used, answers provided, sources cited, and reasoning, with records that can be exported for audit purposes. Operators can set policies for how AI is used, including requiring specific models for sensitive topics, establishing when responses should be escalated to a team member, requiring approvals, and granting time-bound exceptions. AI Admin also tracks AI costs by group and model and, for third-party operators, by property and owner. Agent Studio: Building and Managing AI Agents Agent Studio gives operators one place to build, deploy, and manage AI agents across their organization. Conversational and operational agents can be configured using a company's standard operating procedures, voice, and tone and can be assigned work across both operations and the resident experience. Operators can view agent activity and escalations and manage when work moves between AI agents and team members. Agent Studio can also identify questions that repeatedly arise across properties, helping teams determine where team members, agents, or both may need additional guidance. Analytics: Finding What Needs Attention Analytics brings structured and unstructured data together for team members and AI agents, while allowing operators to connect their own corporate data sources. It surfaces activity and trends that may require attention, with each finding linked to its source for review. Findings are reviewed and confirmed by team members before action is taken. As teams provide feedback on which findings are useful, Analytics adapts to better identify the information most relevant to the business. Advancing Autonomous Property Management(R) Entrata Pro extends Entrata's AI capabilities across leasing, renewals, maintenance, and payments. By connecting Entrata-built AI agents with the tools operators need to build, govern, and run AI for their own work, Entrata Pro advances the company's vision for Autonomous Property Management(R), using AI to automate and support work across properties while giving teams visibility into when and how AI is being used. About Entrata Entrata is a leading operating system for multifamily communities worldwide. Since 2003, Entrata has delivered innovative property management software spanning the entire leasing lifecycle. Today, Entrata serves millions of residents across communities globally. ParkStash + Entrata: automating parking management for modern real estate operations.

ParkStash + Entrata: automating parking management for modern real estate operations. August 25, 2026 ParkStash's live integration with Entrata synchronizes resident data with ParkStash so properties can activate and expire digital parking permits around resident move-in and move-out dates. The connection supports a digital workflow from parking eligibility and registration through permit validation and enforcement, without requiring teams to maintain the same resident records in separate systems. Parking permits that follow the resident lifecycle. Managing parking across a residential portfolio creates recurring administrative work. Leasing teams need to keep resident vehicle records current, issue and revoke permits, manage move-ins and move-outs, respond to parking questions, and coordinate enforcement. Through the Entrata integration, ParkStash can synchronize the resident information needed for parking management. When a resident moves into a community, that information becomes available within ParkStash based on the property's configured parking rules. A digital parking permit can then be activated using the resident's lease and move-in information. When the resident moves out, parking eligibility and associated permits can expire based on the move-out date. Because the permit is digital and tied to the vehicle's license plate, residents do not need a physical tag, sticker, or paper permit. Property teams can reduce separate parking spreadsheets and manual reminders to remove permits after move-out. Less repetitive work for onsite teams. Parking operations can be especially demanding during move-ins, move-outs, student-housing turn, and lease renewals. Instead of maintaining resident records in multiple systems, ParkStash can use synchronized Entrata data to determine parking eligibility and apply the property's configured parking policies. This workflow is relevant for multifamily communities, student housing, mixed-use developments, and other residential portfolios that use Entrata. Each property can retain its own resident, guest, reserved-space, or paid-parking rules. Digital parking from registration through enforcement. The Entrata integration connects resident eligibility to ParkStash's broader parking workflow. Once resident and vehicle information is available, ParkStash can support resident and visitor parking, QR-code registrations, paid parking, and configurable parking rules. Enforcement teams can validate vehicles against the same digital permit database. Supported workflows include mobile and fixed license plate recognition, license-plate searches through the ParkStash Enforcer app, digital citations, tow and boot management, violation history, and enforcement audit trails. Authorization tied to a license plate lets a field team determine whether a vehicle has a valid permit without relying on a physical credential. A clearer parking record. Property teams, residents, security personnel, and towing providers can otherwise end up working from different information. ParkStash centralizes vehicle registrations, permit status, enforcement actions, citations, and tow records so teams have a clearer audit trail when reviewing a violation or responding to a resident question. Connecting Entrata resident data with ParkStash's digital permits, parking rules, payments, enforcement, citations, towing workflows, and analytics creates a more connected parking process. For residents, that can mean fewer trips to the leasing office and no physical parking credential to track. For property and portfolio teams, it means less duplicate recordkeeping and better visibility into parking activity. The ParkStash + Entrata integration is available for Entrata-powered properties that want to connect resident lifecycle data with digital parking operations. Explore the ParkStash Integration Partners experience or contact its team to request a demo. About ParkStash. ParkStash is a cloud-based parking management platform built for real estate operators. The platform brings digital parking permits, resident and visitor parking, QR-code reservations, payments, license plate recognition, citations, towing workflows, access control, and parking analytics into one system. About Entrata. Entrata is a property management technology platform serving the multifamily housing industry. Its platform brings together property management, resident services, accounting, leasing, and operational tools. Learn more at the official Entrata website. Explore the topic

Report: AI landlord EliseAI targets $3.7B valuation with $300M raise from a16z and Bessemer.

Report: AI landlord EliseAI targets $3.7B valuation with $300M raise from a16z and Bessemer. August 18, 2026 * EliseAI is reportedly in talks to raise $300M at a $3.7B valuation, per Business Insider. * a16z and Bessemer are discussing leading the round. * The company was valued at $2.2 billion in August 2025, a possible 68% jump in a year. EliseAI is in talks to raise $300 million at a $3.7 billion valuation, with a16z and Bessemer discussing a lead role, according to Business Insider. Previously, EliseAI raised $250 million at a $2.2 billion valuation in August 2025. If this new round closes anywhere near what's being reported, the company will have added $1.5 billion in value in 12 months, in a funding environment where many AI startups are struggling to raise at all. From admin assistant to AI unicorn. Minna Song and Tony Stoyanov met at Cambridge as undergraduates. Song later took a job as an administrative assistant at a New York real estate firm, where she watched leasing teams drown in the same handful of tenant questions, over and over, every day. That's the problem EliseAI was built to fix. She and Stoyanov started the company in 2017. The product itself is fairly unglamorous, which might be the point. EliseAI's AI assistants answer prospective tenants by text, email, and phone, book apartment tours, and log maintenance requests. A property manager running several thousand units can let the system sort and route routine maintenance tickets on its own, instead of paying a human to triage each one. In 2023, EliseAI took the same idea into healthcare, aiming it at front-desk and scheduling bottlenecks that look a lot like the ones it had already solved in housing. It isn't the only company chasing that idea. Lette AI is going after the same agentic automation angle against incumbents like AppFolio, Yardi, Entrata, and RealPage, though it's tiny by comparison. Dwelly is automating lettings in the UK, mostly by buying up smaller agencies. Flow, Adam Neumann's post-WeWork venture, hit a $2.5 billion valuation in 2025 with a completely different bet: own the buildings instead of selling software to whoever already runs them. EliseAI's angle is narrower and, arguably, more defensible: sell the automation layer across leasing, maintenance, renewals, and now healthcare, and let everyone else fight over ownership models. The property management software market was worth around $6.53 billion in 2026 and is projected to hit $9.93 billion by 2031, an 8.74% annual growth rate of 8.74%, according to Mordor Intelligence. That's not a huge market by tech standards. It's also one where incumbents like Yardi and RealPage move slowly, which is exactly the kind of gap AI-native challengers like to exploit. The funding so far. The Series E in August 2025 was led by a16z, with Bessemer and Sapphire Ventures also investing. Before that, the $75 million Series D in August 2024 - led by Sapphire - made EliseAI a unicorn at a $1 billion valuation. The company said it passed $100 million in annual recurring revenue in early 2025, and headcount has grown from around 150 to more than 300 since the Series D, spread across offices in New York, San Francisco, Boston, and Chicago. Whether any of this happens the way Business Insider describes it is still an open question. What's not in question is that investors keep paying up for companies that promise to make the most tedious parts of running a business disappear, and EliseAI, for now, is one of the ones getting paid the most to try.
