- At least one year of telesales experience is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with a clear and concise accent, is required.
- A High School Certificate is required.
- The role requires self-motivation, a career-oriented approach, an energetic and enthusiastic work style, strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment, punctuality, courtesy, and a presentable appearance.
- Sell new property investments to a qualified database of subscribers by telephone.
- Handle primarily inbound responses to database marketing campaigns; cold calling is not generally required.
