At Rox, we believe in empowering people to do their best work.
Our platform supercharges sellers with autonomous revenue agents to do the manual work so they can focus on what they do best: selling. Just as coding agents 10x’d engineering, revenue agents 10x customer work.
We are reimagining the revenue stack by building the world’s first revenue operating system, from the application layer to the system of context. With Rox, humans are evolving to orchestrators while agents manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
Rox powers Global 2000 leaders in banking, hardware, construction, and sovereign AI, while serving dominant AI winners like Ramp and Cognition.
Underlying all of this success is an unwavering, shared belief in the mission, with an unreasonable commitment of doing whatever it takes to make it a reality.
Nothing is possible without the world-class team, assembled to redefine how businesses operate.
Members on our team have:
Founded and exited successful companies
Held the highest positions at Google, AWS, Confluent, and New Relic
Won IMO and IOI gold medals
Published field-defining papers
We’re backed by the best, including Sequoia, General Catalyst, Google Ventures, Elad Gil, and Chris Ré.
No matter how small, we strive to make sure every detail is right. We care deeply about every interaction, both in terms of whether it helps the seller get the job done, but also how the product makes them feel. We get a visceral feeling when something is off and stop at nothing to make sure we make it right. We never settle, continuously exploring ways to delight sellers.
In all aspects of our craft, we commit. We not only are immediately reactive to customers’ requests but are proactive about driving value even before they ask. We are also obsessive about always learning and honing our craft, improving ourselves and product every single day.
Talking is easy but the difference comes from the execution. We lean heavily towards making thoughtful yet fast decisions and delivering immediately. We play in a field where trust is paramount. We earn the trust and right to empower the best sellers by forging a history of over-delivering on the promise at record speed.
Talent at Rox has been a team of one. That is about to change.
We are hiring the second full-time member of the Talent team, and we want to be direct about what that means. This is not a sourcer role. It is not a recruiter role in the traditional sense. This is an operator role for someone who wants to build the GTM recruiting function alongside our Head of Talent, and grow into owning it.
Yesterday alone, our Head of Talent sourced candidates, scheduled interviews, ran interviews, built reporting, attended an external event, shipped several Claude-built internal tools, demoed the Rox product twice, and dogfooded a new feature. That range is the job. If you want a role with a narrow lane, this is not it.
Location: This role is based in our San Francisco office. You need to be in the office a minimum of three days a week.
We are hiring for GTM depth on purpose. The more you already know the GTM organizations, functions, and brands that matter, the faster you drive impact here. This role owns recruiting across AE, MM, BDR, SE, and Partnerships, and we want someone who already speaks that language walking in the door, not someone learning it on the job.
Ashby, Slack, Notion, and a unique set of proprietary ai-native tools. (shhh)
Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM roles: AE, MM, BDR, SE, and Partnerships
Build and maintain sourcing pipelines using AI-native tooling, not just job boards and cold outreach
Run structured interviews and contribute to hiring bar calibration
Manage agency and partner relationships end to end
Build and ship internal recruiting tools and automations (Claude, Ashby, Slack, Notion)
Own reporting and pipeline visibility for GTM hiring teams and leadership
Represent Rox at events, on calls, and in every candidate touchpoint as a face of the company
Get hands-on with the Rox product itself, including regular dogfooding, so you can sell the mission with real conviction
Required: 2+ years of GTM recruiting experience in an AI-native environment. You have hired AE, MM, BDR, SE, and/or Partnerships talent inside companies that build and sell with AI as a core product motion, not adjacent general talent acquisition.
Plus: 3+ years of GTM recruiting experience in a hyperscale SaaS environment. Scale, volume, and bar management across large GTM orgs is a plus, not a substitute for the AI-native requirement above.
GTM fluency, not general recruiting fluency. You know the functions, the org structures, and the brands worth pulling from. That knowledge compounds into speed here.
Operator or player first. You do not wait for a lane to be defined, you build it. You have carried a desk, a number, or a pipeline yourself, not just managed one from a distance.
Player/coach instinct. If you have already led or mentored other recruiters, great. If not, we want to see it in you: someone who will operate today and could credibly coach a team tomorrow.
High-impact outlier second. You look for leverage everywhere and you are not precious about title or scope.
Amazing human above all. Rox is a small team doing a lot, and how you treat people matters as much as what you ship.
Comfort across the full stack of modern recruiting tools: Ashby, Slack, Notion, and AI-native workflows built in Claude.
A track record of ownership, speed, craftsmanship, and learning velocity, the same bar we hold every candidate to at Rox.
Real pull toward Rox specifically. Between two similarly qualified candidates, the one who wants to be here, who has done the homework on the product and the mission, wins. Passion for what we're building is a genuine tiebreaker in this process.
Someone who wants to grow into owning significant parts of the Talent function over time. We are hiring our future Head of GTM Talent as much as we are hiring our next teammate.
Base salary range: $180,000 to $250,000 USD.
Total compensation includes benefits, stock options, and perks.
Medical, dental, and vision, including 100% company-paid plans for you and eligible dependents
Company-paid life & AD&D, plus short- and long-term disability
401(k) with automatic enrollment
Unlimited PTO, plus paid sick leave, company holidays, and bereavement
Up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave at 100% pay (birth, adoption, or foster)
Wellness stipend: $375/quarter
Learning stipend: up to $2,000/year
Internet & cell phone stipend: $25/month
Mental health support, virtual care, and care navigation
Fertility & family-building support, plus backup care membership
Pre-tax commuter benefits (transit & parking)
SF HQ: daily catered breakfast & lunch, meal allowances, and rideshare support when commuting to the office
At Rox, we evaluate for ownership, client obsession, craftsmanship, speed, pivot ability, collaboration, cross-functional impact, systems thinking, and learning velocity. We expect this role, more than any other, to embody that bar.

Spiich raises €3M to build AI agents that never touch the sale itself. September 23, 2026 * Spiich, a Swedish startup that makes sales human, raised € 3 million in its seed funding round in just two weeks, with Ugly Duckling Ventures as the lead investor. * In practice, Spiich's agents locate the companies and messages they want to use, gather background details on the prospects, prepare their follow-up emails, record the results in the CRM, update the sales pipeline, and automatically arrange the next task * The Stockholm-based startup has grown from having two co-founders to an eight-member team within just 10 months. Since he began working on Spiich a year ago, Johan Torssell has spoken to about 2,500 to 3,000 sales representatives and discovered that although they enjoy helping customers, they are less enthusiastic about the other aspects of their jobs. The discrepancy between what salespeople would like to do and the tasks they actually carry out was the reason for Spiich's most recent €3 million seed financing. Ugly Duckling Ventures, based in Copenhagen, led the financing, with Alliance VC and Cherry Ventures joining as new investors. Ampli Ventures, which led the Spiich €600,000 pre-seed round in November 2025, also participated in this round. Spiich's total funds thus amount to €3.6 million. "We received the initial term sheet from Ugly Duckling Ventures after two weeks," Torssell says. Additionally, angel investors from Lovable, Neo4j, Tandem Health, and OpenAI made investments. Johan Torssell, the company's chief executive, and Dennis Hadzialic, the chief technology officer, set up Spiich in Stockholm in June 2025. "We are the system of intelligence and the system of action," says Torssell to Tech Funding News. In practice, Spiich's agents locate the companies and messages they want to use, gather background details on the prospects, prepare their follow-up emails, record the results in the CRM, update the sales pipeline, and automatically arrange the next task. "You must review the message before sending it, but most of the work, typically the kind of tasks that salespeople don't like, is carried out by Spiich," Torssell explains. Market competition. Speaking about competition, Torssell notes, "Our approach is the exact opposite of companies such as 11x or Artisan who are constantly promoting the idea that you shouldn't hire humans but instead hire AI agents for sales." He adds, "We completely disagree with that idea. We know that conversion rates are very poor and that people do not buy from agents. People buy from people." Artisan raised $25 million in its Series A funding in April 2025 as part of its 'Stop Hiring Humans' campaign, while 11x achieved a $350 million valuation following its $50 million Series B round that same year. Still, Torssell identifies Rox and Monaco as Spiich's main competitors, with Rox having launched with $50 million from Sequoia and General Catalyst and Monaco being a platform supported by Benchmark which in May 2026 raised $50 million in its Series B and has so far raised over $85 million, both of the American companies employing the same end-to-end, agent-driven method as Spiich. The rapid growth. Up to February 2026, Spiich consisted only of Torssell and Hadzialic. By summer, the team had increased to four members and now numbers eight, with further hires intended. The company currently provides its services to more than 50 customers in over 15 countries, among them NORNORM, ProfitMetrics, Zaver, Airmee, Rebaba and Epiminds, and has offices in Panama, Colombia, Brazil and the Nordics. Almost all of the company's growth has been due to word of mouth. Torssell has not disclosed the revenue figures, stating that they will be looked at "once we have $100 million ARR", but he does report month-on-month growth of over 100% in early 2026 and a net revenue retention of 160%. Louise Lachmann, a general partner at Ugly Duckling Ventures, who had previously founded Mono Solutions and sold it to Bauer Media Group in 2019, said: "Every sales tool of the last decade promised to give reps their time back, and most of them delivered another system to keep updated. Spiich is the first we've seen that does the non-selling work rather than assisting with it." Going against the market trend. Although the forecasts indicate that the AI SDR market will grow from $5.81 billion in 2026 to $17.58 billion by 2030, Torssell still anticipates a return to more in-person sales. Most of the investments are directed towards the contrary trend, and Spiich's funding occurs in a particularly strong year for AI investment in the Nordic region, which also saw the launch of a €21 million micro fund for early-stage Nordic AI founders. No matter which approach is adopted, both models now benefit from substantial financial support. Spiich relies on the idea that customers still value personal interaction.
What Tavily shipped: August 2026. A #1 search benchmark, Rox cuts account research from a week to seconds, get the Financial Services & Insurance Kit, Tavily's inside the Nebius Builder Program, where Tavily has been and where its team is headed next. Tavily Team Aug 31, 2026 Tavily now ranks #1 on SealQA and SimpleQA. Language models keep getting better at reasoning, which means, the limiting factor has moved from the model to the quality of the information it receives. So, the Tavily team spent the past several months overhauling core parts of its search system, including reranking and evidence-quality modeling; evidence deduplication and contradiction handling; and index coverage and temporal freshness. Now, Tavily ranks #1 on SealQA-Hard, SealQA-0, and SimpleQA Verified. Tavily wrote out why Tavily made these improvements, the evaluation method Tavily used, plus when and how they help your agents. How Rox cut account research from a week to seconds. Rox helps the Global 2,000 automate their entire revenue cycles. But, to make that happen, their agents need to work off of what's happening right now, and need to be trusted to work across thousands of accounts, fast. Multiple providers were tested, but ultimately, Rox chose Tavily based on cost, a good working relationship with the Tavily team, and unmatched results in their own evals. Tavily now handles millions of Rox's search and extraction requests a day, each answered in milliseconds, so a fresh signal lands on a rep's screen in a few seconds. Tavily joins the Nebius Builder Program. The Nebius Builder Program is now live in early preview. Builders who join the program can learn the Nebius, Tavily, and Token Factory stack, and gain access to the Builder community. When you join, you get Tavily and Token Factory credits, office hours with Nebius engineers, and can take the Nebius Academy certification. If you're looking to try a model, explore inference, add web grounding, take part in training, or learn how the Nebius stack works, this free-to-join program is a must. A starter kit for financial AI agents. Choosing the right retrieval layer for agents in investment research, AML, and risk workflows comes with its own challenges in compliance and audits. On top of delivering accurate findings, teams need to know their web search API is built for secure, auditable retrieval. So, its team put together a run through on how to choose the right provider, and built a starter kit for teams in the finance industry. The Financial Services & Insurance Kit includes a quick-start guide and reference architecture to help you get started with building agents for compliance intelligence, investment research, and merchant risk. New integrations: Convex, OpenCode, and NanoClaw. Convex. Add real-time search and content extraction to a Convex app as an isolated Convex component with tavily/convex-tavily. Your app calls a typed TavilyClient; the component keeps your API key in typed Convex environment config, and owns no database tables of its own. Learn more OpenCode. Give your agents reliable web search and extract with the opencode-tavily plugin in OpenCode, the open-source terminal coding agent. Once installed, your agent can run commands directly from the terminal, with all output routed to a .tavily/ directory so it doesn't flood context. Learn more NanoClaw. Your lightweight, persistent NanoClaw agents in Slack, Telegram, and the CLI can now Search and Extract the live web with no API key required using the new tavily integration. You can run /add-tavily-tool in NanoClaw providers that support MCP, like Claude, Codex, and OpenCode, and install it on multiple agent groups. Learn more On the road. The Tavily team was global in August, supporting hackathons; attending, hosting, and co-hosting events. Evan Rimer from its FDE team gave a talk hosted by Stripe Developers on why web search built for humans doesn't hold up for agents: humans optimize for clicks, agents need to optimize for the next decision. Watch the talk Its team also showed up at an IBM event this month, and caught up with builders around Fenway Park and Santa Clara. "Rox" establishes one of the first AI-based advanced manufacturing centers in the Middle East within KEZAD 1 in Musaffah. - The facility spans 10,000 square meters and will begin operations in the second half of 2026. - The facility aims to produce about 300,000 vehicles annually by 2030 and contribute nearly 10% to the "Project 300 Billion" initiative. Abu Dhabi - Al Wahda: Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi Group (KEZAD), one of the largest operators of integrated and specialized economic zones in the region, announced the signing of a strategic musataha agreement with "Rox" to establish one of the first AI-based advanced manufacturing centers in the Middle East within KEZAD Logistics Park 1 in the KEZAD Musaffah area. The facility, covering an area of 10,000 square meters within KEZAD's integrated industrial ecosystem, will provide a supportive environment for developing Rox's operations, reinforcing Abu Dhabi's position as a competitive destination for vehicle manufacturing and industrial production in the region. According to the plan, the AI-based advanced manufacturing center is scheduled to begin operations in the second half of 2026, targeting an annual production capacity of up to 300,000 vehicles by 2030, with the potential to contribute up to 10% to the "Project 300 Billion" initiative in the UAE. Once operational, the center will support vehicle production and export to Middle Eastern and global markets through smart and scalable manufacturing capabilities, thereby supporting Rox's global expansion plans and enhancing KEZAD's role in next-generation mobility solutions. On this occasion, Abdullah Al Hameli, CEO of Economic Cities and Free Zones at Abu Dhabi Ports Group, said: "The agreement with Rox embodies KEZAD's pivotal and ongoing role in enabling the growth of the industrial sector by attracting high-quality investments to the emirate of Abu Dhabi. With the continuous evolution of global supply chains, KEZAD provides modern infrastructure, integrated logistics connectivity, and a supportive regulatory framework that enables companies to scale efficiently and compete globally." On his part, Jarvis Yan, founder and CEO of Rox, said: "Our agreement with KEZAD represents an important step in our efforts to bring advanced manufacturing capabilities and localize them in Abu Dhabi, contributing to cementing its status as a regional and global hub for manufacturing and export. This agreement also enhances the integration of supply chains related to our manufacturing operations, drives our expansion plans in the region, and contributes to developing an integrated industrial system aligned with the UAE's long-term vision." Meanwhile, Mohamed Ali Al Kamali, CEO of Commerce and Industry at Abu Dhabi Investment Office, said: "Abu Dhabi is building one of the most competitive and future-ready industrial ecosystems in the world, where strategic investments are rapidly transformed into scalable advanced manufacturing capabilities, along with direct access to global markets. The establishment of Rox's facility in KEZAD, supported by Abu Dhabi Investment Office, contributes to laying the foundations of this growing ecosystem. It particularly enhances the emirate's position as a preferred destination for advanced industries, supported by world-class infrastructure and strong market connectivity." Al Kamali added: "With the accelerating industrial growth in Abu Dhabi, efforts are not limited to enhancing supply chain resilience and increasing local production but extend to consolidating the emirate's position at the forefront of global transformations in manufacturing and trade." Given its location within KEZAD Logistics Park in the Musaffah area, the facility will benefit from KEZAD's integrated logistics services and multimodal transport network, as well as competitive service rates, ensuring operational efficiency and easy access to regional and global markets. As a global company specializing in artificial intelligence technology, Rox integrates advanced new energy technologies with the UAE's distinctive lifestyle, which combines luxury and outdoor activities. The brand has emerged as a strong competitor in the luxury sport utility vehicle sector in the UAE, the Middle East, and North Africa. To establish its presence in key markets and accelerate its global expansion, Rox aims to leverage KEZAD's global industrial infrastructure, its multimodal logistics network, and its advanced industrial ecosystem to create a model project for smart luxury vehicle manufacturing in the Middle East. The agreement reflects clear alignment with the positive trajectory of the industrial sector in Abu Dhabi, supported by strong foreign direct investment flows and notable growth in non-oil trade volume, driving demand for industrial land, manufacturing capabilities, and infrastructure. The UAE's non-oil foreign trade recorded AED 3.8 trillion in 2025, reflecting the momentum of economic diversification efforts. It is worth noting that such agreements confirm KEZAD's leading role as an accelerator for economic activities, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of manufacturing, trade, and logistics sectors in the region, within industrial ecosystems that are witnessing advanced levels of integration and openness to global markets.
