  • Experience with social media and content creation.

  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
  • Experience running social media campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability to attend required in-person events.
  • Experience building a social media resume.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies aligned with the brand.
  • Plan and manage campaigns to increase engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
  • Monitor social media trends to keep content current.
  • Shoot and edit video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and/or X.
  • Design graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Write captions, blogs, and posts that reflect the brand voice.
  • Proofread content for accuracy and quality.
  • Respond to follower comments and direct messages and encourage conversations.
  • Grow and engage social media communities through meaningful content and interactions.
  • Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to expand reach.
  • Track and analyze engagement, reach, conversions, and other key performance metrics.
  • Create reports and provide insights on effective areas and improvement opportunities.
  • Attend mandatory in-person events, including the Southern Fried Gaming Expo, Southeast Gaming Exchange, Playthrough, and Florence Esports Festival.
