QuinStreet repurchases 1.2M shares for $14.6M as broker upgrades cite improved earnings outlook

QuinStreet repurchased 1,186,746 shares for $14.61 million between April and June 2026, representing 2.07% of outstanding shares. The buyback coincided with broker upgrades citing improved earnings expectations and company developments. The digital marketing firm provided fiscal 2027 revenue guidance of $1.45–1.55 billion. Analysts project revenue could reach $1.8 billion by 2029, requiring 11.6% annual growth and earnings rising from $81.2 million to $113.8 million. The buyback and upgrades reflect confidence in QuinStreet's performance marketing platform. However, the company faces ongoing risks from revenue concentration in financial services and reliance on third-party traffic sources. Some analysts value the shares at $21.20, suggesting 13% upside from current levels.
