TaskUs beats Q2 estimates with 5% revenue growth, AI services to reaccelerate above 30% by year-end

TaskUs reported second-quarter revenue of $308.9 million, beating analyst estimates of $297.3 million and representing 5% year-over-year growth. The business process outsourcing company posted adjusted earnings per share of $0.33, surpassing expectations of $0.28. CEO Bryce Maddock attributed the performance to expansion among existing clients outside the company's largest account and disciplined cost controls. The company slightly raised its full-year revenue guidance to $1.23 billion at the midpoint. During the earnings call, analysts focused on AI services growth moderation and challenges with the company's largest client. Maddock said project-based dynamics caused temporary deceleration but expects AI services growth to reaccelerate above 30% by year-end. The company faces continued pressure from automation-driven revenue losses at its largest client through 2026, with potential offset from vendor consolidation expected in 2027.

The company raised its 2026 outlook to $1.22 billion–$1.24 billion in revenue and $110 million–$120 million in adjusted free cash flow.
