- At least 8 years of professional web application development experience.
- Expert-level command of Go and TypeScript with full-stack development experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, including virtual private cloud, load balancing, and web application architecture.
- Strong background in web application architecture design and best practices.
- Extensive experience operating Cloud Run applications in production environments with high availability and scalability.
- Proficiency with Git workflows and understanding of agile application development processes and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Lead the architecture and implementation of complex web applications using Go, TypeScript with Svelte, and Python with FastAPI.
- Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Architect and manage the deployment of web applications on Google Cloud Platform using Cloud Run, Cloud SQL with PostgreSQL, Vertex AI, and various Google Cloud APIs.
- Develop maintainable and user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks such as Svelte and HTMX.
- Collaborate with data science teams to integrate artificial intelligence models into production-ready web interfaces and application programming interfaces (APIs).
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering continuous learning and technical growth within the team.
- Establish development best practices and conduct thorough, constructive code reviews to maintain high standards of logic, security, and performance.
- Professional Cloud Developer certification.
- Previous experience in a client-facing consulting role, managing diverse stakeholders and navigating complex organizational structures.
- Direct experience supporting data science teams or building artificial-intelligence-driven applications.
