About the company

Avint provides an end-to-end IIoT stack for manufacturing. It combines industrial hardware and edge devices (INZ cabinets, IN-130 IoT nodes, ARGOS edge nodes) with Factory View software, which can run in the cloud or on-premise. The platform unifies data from machines and sensors using Modbus, EtherNet/IP, OPC-UA, MQTT and HTTP, and includes prebuilt applications such as Machine Monitor (OEEs/MTBF/MTTR), NRGY Monitor, Site Monitor, Tracker and Andon 4.0. Instead of building from scratch, customers deploy the combined hardware+software+applications model to digitize operations quickly, without lengthy systems integration. Avint targets manufacturing plants in emerging markets that want faster Industry 4.0 deployments and measurable improvements in uptime, efficiency, energy, and monitoring. Their goal is to help manufacturers digitize their operations with an integrated, easy-to-deploy solution that provides real-time visibility and actionability across the plant.

What believers are saying

  • LinkedIn activity through September 2026 shows an operating company, not a dormant brand.
  • Mexico-based manufacturing digitization demand favors fast-deploy vendors over custom integrators.
  • Factory View on cloud or on-premise fits plants with strict data-sovereignty rules.

What critics are saying

  • Public footprint is tiny; WorldYellowPages lists only 11-50 employees in Mexico.
  • No disclosed funding or major customers leaves Avint vulnerable to Siemens, Rockwell, and Schneider.
  • Proprietary cabinets and edge nodes create inventory, support, and field-failure exposure.

What makes Avint unique

  • Factory View unifies Modbus, EtherNet/IP, OPC-UA, MQTT, and HTTP across plants.
  • Avint sells hardware, software, and apps together, reducing systems-integration drag.
  • Prebuilt modules like Machine Monitor and NRGY Monitor target fast Industry 4.0 deployments.
