InstantScripts is a telehealth service in Australia that lets people access medical care online through website or mobile app. Patients can consult registered doctors, get online prescriptions, medical certificates, and pathology requests, with medications delivered to their home. The platform uses a fee-for-service model for consultations, prescriptions, and certificates, offering end-to-end digital care for common, non-emergency needs. Its goal is to make it easier and faster for Australians to obtain medical advice and medications online, reducing the friction of traditional in-person visits.
