Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Manage profitability, retention, and growth within an assigned territory.

Build and maintain productive relationships with agency partners.
Provide responsive service and support to agents while strengthening agency engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify service improvements and address agency feedback.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and support business planning.
Travel throughout the territory to meet with agency partners and attend industry events as needed.
Participate in virtual meetings and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
We're looking for an experienced Territory Underwriter to manage and grow a designated commercial lines territory. In this role, you'll evaluate risk, make sound underwriting decisions, build strong agency relationships, and help drive profitable growth across the region. You'll work closely with Distribution partners, business leaders, and agency stakeholders to identify opportunities, support retention efforts, and deliver exceptional service.

Salary Range
$60,000.00-$125,000.00 USD with performance-based bonus potential
In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good‐faith estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
