About the job

Requirements
  • At least five years of agency-side experience running creator programs for sportsbook, daily fantasy sports (DFS) or fantasy brands, or U.S. league partnerships such as the NFL or NBA.
  • Provide measurable results, including cost per view (CPV) targets achieved, creator and post volumes per month, and typical turnaround from outreach to live content.
  • Have owned a senior client relationship, including difficult conversations.
  • Have managed Campaign Managers while remaining closely involved in the work.
  • Be fluent in views, CPV and cost per thousand impressions (CPM), and translate performance data into clear recommendations.
  • Know Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure requirements and compliance rules for betting content.
  • Be based in the United States and work Eastern Time hours.
  • Not currently work on a competing sportsbook, DFS or betting brand.
  • Have experience in a fast-growing business or account where scope, team, and client expectations scaled quickly while delivery remained steady.
  • Already use Claude or similar artificial intelligence tools for practical work, with personal workflows for casting, research, reporting, or client communications, and be able to demonstrate their impact.
Responsibilities
  • Own the client relationship and retention for the account, measured by net revenue retention (NRR); serve as Kyra’s senior client contact and be accountable for strategy, approvals, escalations, and commercial discussions.
  • Keep the client informed, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for further work.
  • Own and maintain the account operating playbook covering casting, outreach, contracting, briefing, review, approval, go-live, and reporting; change processes when they slow delivery.
  • Set casting strategy for each campaign, including creator profile, tier, mix, and volume.
  • Set negotiation approaches for fees and usage rights and approve deals before contracting.
  • Ensure compliance with age-21-and-over rules, state restrictions, platform policies, and disclosure requirements.
  • Oversee live campaigns from initial outreach through content publication, track workstream status, surface risks early, and protect content quality.
  • Track creator spending and delivery against the contracted plan, flag variances, and adjust allocation to protect performance and margin.
  • Manage two Campaign Managers, set priorities, review their work, provide direct feedback, and develop their skills.
  • Agree campaign key performance indicators with the client before launch, monitor performance, and adjust creator mix, creative, or distribution based on data.
  • Conduct campaign debriefs and apply lessons learned to subsequent briefs.
  • Ensure campaign content is live in time for games, fixtures, or launches; ensure creators are contracted, posts are delivered, and planned volumes and timelines are met.
  • Meet or exceed agreed blended CPM and CPV rates on campaigns.
  • Maintain short turnaround from brief to live so the client can respond to results, trades, or trending moments with creator content.
  • Maintain a documented operating playbook, track feedback windows and dependencies, and ensure issues have an owner and due date.
  • Support renewals and new client briefs through effective delivery and client relationships; share revenue growth with Client Solutions.
  • By month six, run the account to plan without the interim lead, secure client approval of the operating cadence, meet or beat rates, and enable each Campaign Manager to run a campaign end to end.
  • Work some weekends to support campaigns going live around games, fixtures, and events.

About the company

Kyra connects brands with creators to produce social content, focusing on the TikTok platform to reach a Gen-Z audience. It operates as a tech and data-driven influencer marketing agency, using technology to identify suitable influencers, manage campaigns, and produce content with performance analytics.
