  • A university degree in translation or linguistics and at least 2 years of translation experience OR no university degree and at least 5 years of translation experience
  • Ability to work according to tight deadlines and independently
  • Experience with translation management systems and computer-assisted translation tools
  • All locations will be considered

IQVIA prices $2B senior notes offering to refinance debt and credit facility

IQVIA Holdings announced its subsidiary IQVIA Inc. priced an offering of $2 billion in senior notes due 2034. The notes will bear interest at 6.375% per annum, with semi-annual payments beginning 15 March 2027, and mature on 15 March 2034. Proceeds will be used to redeem the company's senior 5.000% notes due 2026, repay part of its outstanding revolving credit facility debt, and cover offering fees and expenses. The issuance is expected to close on or about 23 September 2026, subject to customary conditions. IQVIA is a global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence to life sciences and healthcare industries, employing approximately 94,000 people across over 100 countries.
