About the job

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in systems administration or a comparable infrastructure role in a distributed, multi-office company.
  • Deep, hands-on Okta administration beyond single sign-on, including group rules, SCIM provisioning, attribute mappings from an HR source, Workflows, and session and authenticator policies; equivalent depth in Entra ID or OneLogin is considered.
  • Google Workspace administration; comfort with GAM or the Admin SDK is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of email authentication and filtering, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and a secure email gateway such as Mimecast or Proofpoint.
  • Experience with an Apple mobile device management platform such as Iru/Kandji, Jamf, or Mosyle, and a Windows remote monitoring and management or mobile device management platform such as Kaseya or Intune.
  • Networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and WAN failover, and comfort with a cloud-managed network dashboard such as Meraki.
  • Scripting in Python, Bash, or Apps Script against REST APIs to remove repetitive work.
  • Project-level ownership, including creating tasks, executing them end to end, and driving cross-functional projects such as acquisition integrations, access audits, and platform consolidations without hand-holding.
  • Working knowledge of at least one cloud IAM model, AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Strong documentation habits and clear written communication with a manager in another time zone.
  • Calmness under escalation, self-direction, and comfort owning a problem end to end.
Responsibilities
  • Administer Okta, including SAML, OIDC, and SCIM application integrations; HR-system-driven group rules; lifecycle and session policies; Okta Workflows; and troubleshooting following an HR profile change.
  • Administer Google Workspace at admin-API depth, including users, organizational units, shared drives, groups and distribution lists, Gmail routing and spam settings, Drive sharing policy, and scripted changes through GAM or the Directory API.
  • Administer Mimecast email security policies for impersonation, spam, URLs, and attachments; maintain permitted-sender hygiene; and manage SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for company domains.
  • Manage the endpoint fleet using Iru (formerly Kandji) for macOS and Kaseya VSA X for Windows, including Apple Business Manager enrollment, patch and compliance policy, and endpoint privilege management with Delinea.
  • Administer the Cato SASE client and Cisco Meraki office networking, including SSIDs, VLANs, uplinks and failover, firmware, and coordination with ISPs and facilities; support the New York office in person.
  • Serve as IT's operational contact for Sophos MDR, eSentire SOC, and Tenable vulnerability scanning, including alert follow-up, device hygiene, and evidence for client security questionnaires with the Risk and Compliance team.
  • Act as escalation point for the IT Support team in the Americas on identity, Google Workspace, MDM, and network issues, and turn recurring escalations into documented procedures Support can run.
  • Take part in integration and consolidation projects across acquired companies, including Google Workspace tenant and domain moves, mail-flow cutovers, mailbox archive imports, Slack and Box consolidation, and device re-enrollment.
  • Run quarterly access audits with the team by exporting users from systems, reconciling them against the HR roster and Asset Panda inventory, routing removals for approval, and maintaining the evidence trail.
  • Provision and support the SaaS estate through Okta groups and just-in-time provisioning, including Adobe, Figma, Box, Miro, Zoom, Smartsheet, Coda, Claude Enterprise, and Gemini; keep routing and approval notes current.
  • Manage IT's cloud responsibilities, including Route 53 DNS, a small number of AWS resources, and Google Cloud project administration and IAM grants.
  • Automate recurring work in Python, Bash, or Google Apps Script against vendor APIs using team-owned service identities, and maintain the code in the shared repository.
  • Support infrastructure-side onboarding and offboarding, including account activation, group and app assignment, device shipping and returns, and the offboarding checklist across every system.
  • Maintain the team's knowledge base, including runbooks, procedures, and vendor contacts, updating it as work progresses.
Desired Qualifications
  • Comfort with GAM or the Google Admin SDK is a strong plus.
  • Microsoft 365 administration is useful but secondary.

Huge acquires Rotate°, adding Composable Commerce expertise to its ai-native Design and technology practice.

Huge acquires Rotate°, adding Composable Commerce expertise to its ai-native Design and technology practice. London-based Shopify Plus specialists join Huge as the firm formalizes composable commerce as a core capability. NEW YORK and LONDON, June 8, 2026 - Huge, an independent AI-native design and technology company, today announced the acquisition of Rotate°, a London-based commerce agency specializing in composable ecommerce. The acquisition formally establishes Composable Commerce as a core capability alongside Huge's five existing offerings: Products & Platforms, Marketing & Content, Customer Experience, Brand Strategy & Design, and Data & AI. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Rotate° is a team of senior commerce specialists with deep expertise in enterprise Shopify, composable architecture, and AI-enabled commerce delivery. As a long-time Shopify Plus partner - placing them in the top 1.5% of Shopify firms globally - Rotate° has built long-term partnerships with premium brands across lifestyle, apparel and consumer sectors. The full team, led by Jim Tattersall, Andy Jackson and Chris Harris, joins Huge immediately and will operate out of Huge's Old Street office in London. "Commerce is one of the most complex and consequential parts of how a brand connects with its customers," said Josh Campo, CEO of Huge. "It demands real technical depth and true creative ambition in equal measure. Rotate° brings both, and that makes Huge a stronger partner for every client we work with." Rotate° was founded by Jim Tattersall, who has led independent design and technology studios for nearly two decades. Under his leadership, the hands-on consultancy developed a delivery model built around small, senior cross-functional teams with real ownership over outcomes, a structure that maps directly onto Huge's Atomic Teams (HATs) model, which pairs elite human teams with AI agents to drive speed, accountability and impact. "In early conversations with Huge, it became clear Huge had arrived at the same conclusions independently: the best work comes from small, senior teams with real ownership over outcomes, and AI raises the bar on the human judgment at the center of it. This is the right scale to make a genuine global impact with that model, said Jim Tattersall, founder of Rotate°. Rotate° will serve as the foundation of Huge's commerce practice, continuing to serve existing clients while expanding commerce capability across Huge's broader client base. About Huge Huge is an independent AI-native design and technology company that helps enterprises redesign their systems, experiences, and operating models to create durable competitive advantage. With more than 1,000 people across global offices, Huge partners with some of the world's most ambitious brands including Google, Apple, NBCU, PlayStation and PepsiCo. About Rotate° Rotate° is a platform-agnostic commerce consultancy crafting bespoke, AI-enabled commerce experiences for premium global brands. iFIT and Huge launch AI-generated cinematic fitness worlds using Google's Veo 3 technology

Design and technology company Huge has partnered with iFIT to create "Realms You Can't Reach", a series of AI-generated fantasy running experiences for treadmill workouts. The collaboration uses Google's Veo 3 technology to produce five immersive videos featuring impossible-to-film worlds. Huge developed a custom production pipeline combining narrative storyboarding, Midjourney visuals and Veo 3 video generation to create 20-30 minute point-of-view runs through prehistoric, mythic and futuristic landscapes. The series launched to iFIT members on 12 January 2026. The project demonstrates AI as a production tool rather than a gimmick, enabling content that complements iFIT's existing trainer-led programming and library of over 10,000 workouts. iFIT has 6 million users globally and owns brands including NordicTrack, ProForm and Freemotion.
