What believers are saying

  • Adoption spans established teams: Nooks said over 1,800 companies used its platform in August 2026, including HubSpot and Rippling.
  • Coaching gained specialist expertise: Nooks acquired AI roleplay company FullyRamped in August 2026, adding its founder to the product team.
  • Stock-option exercise has tenure-based flexibility: Nooks links its employee exercise terms to length of service.

What critics are saying

  • Vendor consolidation has limits: Nooks' ZoomInfo, Apollo and LeadIQ enrichment options require customers to retain those vendors' accounts.

  • Agent learning faces delayed feedback: Nooks Labs says sales outcomes arrive late and traditional evaluation breaks down.

What makes Nooks unique

  • Sales interactions feed its research: Nooks says its AI training draws on more than one billion real sales interactions.
  • Customers extend its agents: Nooks says Cursor connects proprietary sales intelligence through a standard interface for external AI tools.
  • Enrichment bills reflect results: Nooks refunds credits when searches fail to find a new mobile number.

ZoomInfo integrates GTM.AI context layer into Nooks AI sales dialer

ZoomInfo has built a two-way integration with Nooks AI, bringing its B2B intelligence into the Nooks parallel dialer and feeding engagement signals back into ZoomInfo GTM Studio Audiences. The integration is powered by GTM.AI, ZoomInfo's headless GTM context layer. Mutual customers can now access ZoomInfo's verified contact and account data, including phone numbers and intent signals, directly within the Nooks dialer through a native connector. Conversely, Nooks engagement data, such as call attempts and conversation outcomes, flows back into ZoomInfo GTM Studio through a Custom Data Connector. The integration addresses B2B data decay, where approximately 70% of contact data becomes stale annually. GTM.AI enables consistent governance and access control across both platforms and dozens of other integrations. The solution is now generally available to mutual customers.
