Sales Insights & Analytics Intern

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Develop insight-based sales enablement resources on strategic topics relevant to customer engagement and business planning.

• Compile and synthesize insights from internal and approved external data sources, translating findings into concise, visually effective materials.

• Support data visualization and storytelling, ensuring insights are easy to understand and actionable for commercial teams.

• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics, Sales, Marketing, and IT partners to ensure materials align with business needs and usability standards.

• Assistwith process improvement and automation efforts to streamline content updates and improve efficiency and consistency.

• Help document standards, templates, and best practices to support scalable and repeatable insight delivery.

• Support ad hoc analytics or enablement initiatives that enhance sales readiness and decision support.

MinimumJob Requirements:

Education/Certificationsand Experience:

• Junior or Senior pursuing aBachelor’s degree inMarketing Research, Marketing,Marketing Analytics,Data Science,or a relatedfieldor afirst yearcandidate for aMaster’sdegree in market Research,

Knowledge,Skills,andAbilities:

• Proficient use ofacomputer, Microsoft Office—particularly Microsoft Excel—and other related applications orsoftware.

• Ability to analyze data,identifydiscrepancies, and support reporting needs.

• Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to learn and navigatevendor portals and internal tools.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of associates and customers ranging from entry level to executive level positions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

• Typical work in an office environment.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
