  • A current North Carolina registered nurse license or registered nurse multi-state licensure privilege through the Nurse Licensure Compact is required.
  • At least one year of previous leadership experience is required.
  • A minimum of five years of emergency department experience is required.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills are required, with the ability to prioritize accurately and quickly.
  • High proficiency in emergency nursing clinical skills is required.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and willingness to adapt to a changing work environment are required.
  • The ability to identify appropriate staffing, supply, maintenance, and equipment needs and adjust as necessary within budgetary guidelines is required.
Responsibilities
  • Assist and mentor others to facilitate patient and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain clinical and professional evidence-based competency levels for age-specific populations.

Desired Qualifications
