Visier's Vee agent now explains why workforce metrics change, no data scientist needed

Visier has launched early access to diagnostics capabilities in Vee, its Workforce Insights Agent. The tool uses statistical models to explain why workforce metrics, such as resignations or time-to-fill, change, and recommends what to do about it. Vee ranks the factors it evaluates, flags confidence levels, and keeps a full audit trail. Leaders can also model the projected impact of changing a specific driver. The feature comes at no extra cost. Visier says it removes the need for weeks of manual analysis or a dedicated data scientist. "It's like having a Data Scientist on your shoulder," said Ian Cook, vice president of product at Visier. Select customers have access now. General availability and more statistical models are planned for Winter 2027.

Visier launches Microsoft Viva Glint integration to unify employee engagement data with workforce analytics

This creates a holistic view that bridges employee feedback with strategic workforce decisions. "Every organization's most valuable asset is its workforce," said Ike Bennion, vice president of product management at Visier. The integration is available today for early access to organisations using both platforms. Visier, founded in 2010, serves over 85,000 customers across 75 countries.
