Cyara appoints Ben Corser as APAC go-to-market chief. Mon, 7th Sep 2026 (Today) Cyara has appointed Ben Corser as General Manager and SVP, Go-to-Market for Asia-Pacific, adding regional leadership as it expands across APAC. Corser joins the Melbourne-founded customer experience technology company from NiCE. He will lead Cyara's APAC business and go-to-market strategy, including customer and partner relationships across the region. The appointment comes as Cyara seeks to deepen its presence in what it describes as one of its most important growth markets. The company says several large Australian organisations already use its platform, including two of the Big Four banks, two of the country's three national mobile network operators and the largest supermarket retailer. Corser brings experience from a range of global technology groups across the region. Before joining Cyara, he held senior roles at NiCE and previously worked at Matterport, SAP, EMC, Nokia and Microsoft. His background includes leading cloud and software organisations in Asia-Pacific, building regional teams, developing partner networks and overseeing growth and transformation programs for enterprise technology businesses. Regional focus The hire underscores Cyara's focus on Australia as both its home market and a base for broader regional expansion. The company is positioned around the testing, monitoring and governance of AI agents and customer journeys used in customer service environments. That market is drawing greater attention as businesses move AI systems from pilot projects into live customer interactions. As they do, companies are facing questions about quality, compliance and whether automated agents behave as intended in production. Cyara says more than 450 enterprises use its products. It also says it works across multiple customer contact channels, major cloud contact centre providers and more than 55 AI agent vendors. Sushil Kumar, Chief Executive Officer of Cyara, linked the appointment to that broader shift in enterprise demand. "Australia is where Cyara began, and it remains an incredibly important market for our business. We see a significant opportunity to deepen our investment here and across APAC as enterprises rethink how they deploy and govern AI in customer-facing environments." He added: "Ben brings the regional experience, customer focus and go-to-market leadership we need for this next chapter. His appointment is an important step in strengthening our relationships with customers and partners and expanding Cyara's presence across the region." Experience base Corser takes up the role as companies across Asia-Pacific weigh how to operationalise AI in customer-facing functions without increasing risk. In sectors such as banking, telecommunications and retail, businesses are under pressure to balance speed of adoption with oversight. His move from NiCE, a well-known supplier of customer engagement and contact centre technology, is notable in a market where software vendors are competing to define how AI is managed in service operations. Cyara's pitch to customers centres on proving AI systems are ready before deployment, then checking live interactions for quality and compliance after launch. That places the company in a part of the market focused less on creating AI agents and more on validating and monitoring them. Corser pointed to trust as a key issue for businesses expanding AI use in customer service. "Enterprises across APAC are moving quickly to put AI into real customer interactions, but scaling that technology requires more than innovation - it requires trust." "Cyara has a unique opportunity to help organizations prove their AI agents and customer journeys are ready for the real world. I'm excited to build on Cyara's roots in Australia, work even more closely with our customers and partners, and expand the company's impact throughout APAC," he added. The appointment also highlights continued hiring and leadership investment in Australia by technology companies with regional ambitions. For Cyara, founded in Melbourne, placing an APAC commercial lead in the local market signals that it sees domestic enterprise demand as central to its next phase of growth. In practical terms, Corser's role is likely to include sales strategy, partner development and regional execution as customer service teams adopt more AI-driven tools. It will also place him at the centre of conversations with enterprises seeking ways to test and oversee AI agents before and after deployment. Cyara says the appointment is intended to strengthen relationships with customers and partners and broaden the company's reach across Asia-Pacific.

PAXYL Solutions and Cyara announce strategic partnership to deliver AI confidence layer for agentic CX to enterprise contact centers. PAXYL's clients will gain access to the Cyara Agentic Platform, including functional and load testing, AI Trust validation, and real-time production monitoring, helping enterprises modernize their contact centers and deploy conversational AI with confidence. Montreal, August 20, 2026 PAXYL Solutions, a leader in cloud-based contact center and artificial intelligence solutions for customer experience, today announces a strategic partnership with Cyara, the AI confidence layer for agentic CX. Through this collaboration, PAXYL Solutions' clients will gain access to Cyara's full Agentic Platform, giving businesses the tools to test, validate, and monitor voice, digital, and conversational AI experiences across every stage of the customer journey, before, during, and after they reach production. As organizations move off legacy IVR and on-premises contact centers onto modern cloud platforms, and add AI agents into the mix, the risk of undetected failure grows with it. According to Metrigy's 2025-26 global CX study of 656 companies, nearly 35% of organizations have already implemented a CX assurance tool and a further 52.5% are planning or evaluating one, with new risks introduced by AI and automation cited as the top pain point driving adoption. Manual testing simply cannot keep pace with the scale of a cloud migration or the unpredictability of an AI agent in production. Cyara's platform closes that gap across the full lifecycle. It provides complete observability and assurance across the entire customer journey from AI agents, traditional channels, human handoffs, to telco, network endpoints and agent desktop readiness as an independent, vendor-neutral provider. And as enterprises accelerate their shift from AI pilots to full production deployments, Cyara gives organizations an AI confidence layer that goes beyond traditional testing to validate that conversational AI and voice agents behave reliably, safely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements at every stage of the customer journey. What impressed Paxyl about Paxyl is their deep, on-the-ground understanding of what enterprises need from their contact centers, from bilingual delivery to the regulatory realities of industries like financial services, insurance and government. Combining that expertise with Cyara's agentic CX assurance means organizations can validate their CCaaS and AI investments before they ever reach a customer, giving them the confidence to modernize without risking the experience upon which they've built their reputations. Rosemary Cormican Cyara VP Global Partners This partnership is a natural extension of its mission: helping its clients deliver customer experiences they, and their customers, can trust. Paxyl support its clients' contact centre journey end to end, from platform selection and integration, through migration, to the professional services, consulting, and support that keep it running. Cyara removes the single biggest risk in that journey: unvalidated change, whether that's a new IVR flow, a peak-season traffic spike, or a bot going live. Paxyl is proud to now offer that full solution to its clients, all through one partner. Catherine Fortuna PAXYL Solutions Senior Director, Strategic Growth By partnering with PAXYL Solutions, Cyara expands its reach through a partner recognized for its expertise in contact centers and customer experience. AI agents are closer to employees than to lines of code: they reason, decide, and act in your brand's name, and they need to be supervised the way you'd manage new hires, not signed off once and left alone. The Cyara Agentic Platform tests component behavior, end-to-end journeys, and production-scale load before agents launch, and then continuously scores live conversations for quality and compliance in production. Cyara launches agentic testing to help enterprises deploy AI agents with confidence. March 31, 2026 Cyara, the global leader in AI-powered customer experience (CX) assurance, today announced new agentic testing and AI governance capabilities that give enterprises the tools to validate, monitor, and control AI agents across voice and digital channels, before and after those agents interact with customers. As CX systems move from rule-based workflows to adaptive, agentic behavior, enterprises are racing toward an AI-driven future - but customers aren't convinced it's working yet. In March 2025, Gartner(R) predicted that "by 2029, agentic AI will autonomously solve 80% of common customer service interactions without human intervention, leading to a 30% reduction in operational costs." However, 73% of consumers still say human agents resolve issues faster than AI. This gap between AI's projected potential and the current reality highlights a critical challenge: without consistent validation, governance, and real-world testing, AI risks eroding trust instead of improving experience. As CX systems become increasingly adaptive, probabilistic, and ever-changing, organizations need a new approach to assurance that ensures AI delivers not just efficiency, but reliability and confidence at scale. "Every enterprise wants to deploy AI agents in their contact center. The ones who actually will are the ones who can prove those agents work, before customers find out they don't," said Sushil Kumar, CEO at Cyara. "We built these capabilities because the level of assurance has to match the level of autonomy. If you're putting an AI agent on a live customer call, you need to know it will handle the conversation correctly, comply with regulations, and not introduce bias. That's what Cyara now delivers." What's New This launch is the next evolution of Cyara's vision for a single unified platform that combines testing, monitoring, performance validation, and AI trust to continuously validate correctness, resilience, and trust across every customer journey. Cyara's latest capabilities are purpose built for agentic AI in voice and interactive voice response (IVR), extending continuous assurance across the full CX lifecycle of autonomous AI-driven customer experiences: * Agentic AI Testing for Voice & IVR, available today with early enterprise deployments underway, provides the assurance layer that turns pilots into product-ready deployments. It tests AI agents with AI agents to catch what scripts can't and detects failures and regressions before deployment and into production. With these capabilities, enterprises can get unified support to validate traditional end-to-end IVR alongside new dynamic AI journeys. * AI Trust, Cyara's award-winning testing suite for optimizing Generative AI-powered CX and the governing layer for AI CX, has expanded through two new modules, Compliance and Bias, available today. The modules identify compliance risks in AI-driven customer interactions and detect bias that could impact customer outcomes and brand trust. Cyara's AI Trust suite provides enterprises with governance capabilities for generative AI systems, including validation for accuracy, bias, misuse, and regulatory compliance. The new Compliance and Bias modules expand this coverage to help organizations detect ethical and legal risks before they reach customers. * In addition, Cyara has launched a recommendation engine for agentic CX, which assists teams in designing and optimizing prompts, and accelerates test development. The new capability makes QA testers effective at agentic CX testing without needing AI/prompt-engineering expertise. It helps users: * Generate prompting strategies for agentic and hybrid tests * Combine scripted and agentic approaches when designing test cases * Improve test coverage and reliability Empowering Confidence at Scale Autonomous AI is a major architectural shift in contact centers. As CX operations move to adaptive, agentic journeys, implementation without CX assurance is a brand risk. By strengthening AI voice testing and expanding AI Trust capabilities, Cyara's platform catches what conventional testing misses. "Agentic AI introduces an entirely new risk profile, and Cyara is what allows organizations to control it without compromising speed or innovation. As we begin to see the introduction of agentic AI capabilities alongside existing conversational/generative AI systems, customers need a way to validate both deterministic and autonomous behaviors within a single QA framework," says Sean Rabago, Senior Service Expert and Capability Lead at Kenway Consulting. "Cyara's evolving agentic testing capabilities deliver a seamless QA experience across both agentic and non-agentic endpoints. This delivers the confidence to scale AI faster, knowing we can continuously validate performance, detect issues earlier, and maintain consistent quality across increasingly complex AI-driven interactions."
