Cardinal unveils OmegaHealth AI operating system for healthcare marketers at Scaling Up 2026

Cardinal Digital Marketing will unveil OmegaHealth, an AI growth operating system for healthcare marketers, at its Scaling Up 2026 virtual summit on 13-14 October. The system addresses measurement challenges faced by multi-location healthcare providers by connecting data from ad platforms, CRMs, electronic health records, and scheduling systems whilst maintaining HIPAA compliance. OmegaHealth provides daily performance tracking across locations and brands, offering natural language analysis and diagnostic tools for patient acquisition strategies. The summit will feature speakers from Google, Meta, Cleveland Clinic, and other healthcare organisations discussing patient growth strategies and measurement approaches. The free event targets healthcare marketers managing complex data environments where proving ROI to CFOs and boards requires tracking booked appointments and revenue rather than just clicks. Sessions will cover attribution, incrementality testing, and adapting to AI-powered search and social platforms.

Power Digital acquires pirawna and uptickk, boosts commerce strategy.

Power Digital acquires pirawna and uptickk, boosts commerce strategy. Search. Combination brings scaled Amazon and TikTok expertise into Power Digital's growth platform, connecting DTC and marketplace performance through unified data and measurement Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, today announced the acquisition of Amazon marketplace agency pirawna and TikTok agency uptickk, expanding its existing commerce capabilities and reinforcing its commitment to their end-to-end commerce strategy. The addition of pirawna and uptickk significantly accelerates Power Digital's marketplace capabilities within Power's unique AI-native model. pirawna brings more than a decade of Amazon marketplace expertise, managing more than $1 billion in Amazon revenue annually. uptickk brings deep TikTok Shop and affiliate management specialization and was one of four agencies selected by TikTok for its beta program. Together with Power Digital's existing marketplace practice, the combined business establishes a best-in-class presence across Amazon and TikTok Shop, with plans to expand across additional marketplaces and further connect physical retail over time. "Consumers don't think about direct-to-consumer (DTC), Amazon and TikTok Shop as separate channels. They simply shop where and how they want," said Jeff Mason, CEO of Power Digital. "Brands need a growth partner that can understand that entire journey and connect investment to business outcomes across it. pirawna and uptickk have built exceptional marketplace businesses because they understand these environments at a level few agencies do. Combining that specialization with Power Digital's growth, data and measurement capabilities is a catalyst for reaching the end-to-end commerce vision we've been building toward." Power Digital's AI-native ecosystem is designed to connect growth and measurement across DTC, online marketplaces and physical retail. The strategy responds to a fundamental shift in how consumers shop as discovery, consideration, and purchase continue to evolve toward a mix of social, online, and in-store. The marketing infrastructure behind that journey often remains fragmented across separate agencies, teams, and data sets, making it difficult for brands to understand how marketing investment translates to revenue across the full consumer journey. The combination connects pirawna and uptickk's marketplace specialization with Power Digital's broader growth capabilities across paid media, organic search, creative, lifecycle marketing, PR, affiliate, and influencer marketing. The teams will also gain access to Power Digital's AI-powered Omega operating system and fusepoint, its measurement and strategy consultancy, bringing together technology, data and measurement to create a more unified view of performance across DTC, online marketplaces and retail media. For pirawna and uptickk clients, the partnership expands the capabilities available to their businesses while preserving the teams and marketplace expertise that have driven their growth. Existing Power Digital clients gain deeper Amazon and TikTok Shop expertise within the broader Power Digital platform. "We're super grateful for all the clients and friends that have helped us get to this historic inflection point. Nothing but gratitude for what's got us here and stoked to continue crushing it for clients with our new friends at Power," said Jed Rawson, CEO of Pirawna/Uptickk. uptickk President & Co-founder Audrey Espinosa also commented, "[Power Digital's] data powerhouse along with uptickk's TikTok expertise will be a winning combination for clients." "The addition of pirawna and uptickk is about meeting consumers where they discover and shop, and together, we're now positioned to deliver on that for clients in a much bigger way," said Britney Schroeder, SVP of M&A at Power Digital.

Power Digital launches AI-Native Growth model.

Power Digital launches AI-Native Growth model. Power Digital, an AI-Native Growth Firm, announced a proprietary AI ecosystem that makes, executes, and compounds growth decisions in real time, built on more than a decade of performance data, growth frameworks and vertical expertise. The announcement marks a significant milestone in the company's decade-long investment in proprietary technology, data infrastructure, and vertical expertise. The evolution comes as marketing leaders face mounting pressure to prove the business impact of every dollar spent, with 64% of CMOs citing that proving marketing's value is their top challenge. Most of the industry has answered that pressure with more dashboards, more decks, and more content. Power Digital took the opposite path, rebuilding strategy, media, creative, and analytics around a proprietary intelligence layer, and embedding that layer directly into the way its teams and clients work together every day. "AI has made it easier than ever to generate content, insights and recommendations, but the value of any output depends on the expertise applied to it," said Jeff Mason, CEO of Power Digital. "That's why we've built Power Digital around specialized vertical divisions instead of generalist teams, and why we invested more than three years training our own intelligence layer. Our people bring the category expertise. Our AI brings speed to insight and speed to action. Together, they change what a growth partner can do." Power Digital's AI ecosystem. At the center of the model is the AI ecosystem: three proprietary technologies, built on Power Digital's decade of performance data, that run as one conjoined system. Iris: intelligence layer for growth decisions. Iris changes how decisions are made. Iris is Power Digital's proprietary intelligence layer, a system three years in the making, trained on the Power Circuit growth methodology, thousands of incrementality tests and billions of dollars in transaction data. It reasons across every signal in a client's business to diagnose the real constraints on growth and point to the highest-impact next move, and it gets sharper with every action taken. Omega: ai-powered execution platform. Omega changes how decisions are executed. Not a dashboard and not a reporting tool, Omega is the live operating system where Power Digital's growth directors, their AI agents and their clients run campaigns together. The platform surfaces Iris's recommendations, executes approved actions at agent speed, and puts the client in the cockpit as co-pilot rather than as an audience for a monthly report. Creative Affinity: creative intelligence layer. Creative Affinity changes how outcomes compound. It is the creative intelligence layer, analyzing millions of creative assets to predict what will perform and sharpen creative effectiveness over time. "Our data warehouse gave us the foundation. The hard part was turning a decade of data into intelligence you can trust," said John Saunders, SVP of Innovation at Power Digital, who led the build of Iris and Omega. "Omega isn't one model behind a chat window. It's a fleet of specialized agents running around the clock against live data, and every action they take gets approved by a strategist. Every outcome feeds the next recommendation, so the platform gets sharper with every action it takes. We took how a great agency operates and rebuilt it as an AI ecosystem with human judgment at the core." Building a self-improving growth system. Every signal, decision, and outcome that runs through the ecosystem trains it further. Institutional knowledge built across thousands of engagements gets redeployed across every account instead of walking out the door with whoever worked it last. "General-purpose AI is powerful, but it doesn't know your business," said Ben Dutter, Chief Strategy Officer at Power Digital. "Ours does. Iris is trained on thousands of incrementality tests, billions of dollars in transaction data and the Power Circuit framework ABM has refined across thousands of client engagements. That's the difference between a system that can write you a recommendation and one that can tell you the right recommendation for your business. It's why its clients grow 2.5x faster than the industry average." Real-Time collaboration between teams and clients. Clients now operate inside the same live environment as Power Digital's team, turning the vendor-and-client relationship into a unified team working off the same data, with shared visibility into what's working, what isn't, and what to do next. The traditional monthly reporting cycle gives way to real-time, shared growth decisions, and every Omega-recommended action is logged against a KPI, making the before-and-after impact of any move traceable and objective. "The winning equation is the best talent plus the best tech," Mason added. "AI doesn't replace our people, it gives them and our clients time back to solve the problems that actually move the business. People still make the calls. The tech makes them sharper."
