About the Job

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, or any relevant engineering discipline.
  • Experience reviewing technical documentation such as original equipment manufacturer manuals, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Airframe Maintenance Programs, and other relevant publications is a plus.
  • A Professional Regulation Commission license or Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines Airframe and Powerplant license is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and time-management skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Configure fixed-wing and rotary aircraft in the Traxxall system with the correct engine, auxiliary power unit, and propeller models so the Traxxall algorithm determines the applicable tasks for enrollment.
  • Enroll tasks in aircraft profiles, including components (on-condition and life-limited), inspection packages, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives.
  • Review, migrate, and oversee maintenance logbooks, status reports, history reports, and other maintenance documents provided by customers or aircraft operators, ensuring accuracy and mapping maintenance data to the appropriate tasks in the Traxxall system.
  • Review technical documents and publications, including original equipment manufacturer manuals, Type Certificate Data Sheets, Supplemental Type Certificates, Airworthiness Directives, and Service Bulletins, to determine the correct inspection programs, task categories, intervals, and applicable tolerances and behavior for accurate enrollment.
  • Perform mathematical calculations using Traxxall tracking ratios and original equipment manufacturer-specific ratios, such as Pratt & Whitney engine thrust penalty ratios, to determine accurate inspection and overhaul due times and component replacement due times.
  • Review Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives to determine applicability to the specific aircraft model and serial number being configured and enrolled in the system.
  • Evaluate all tasks enrolled in aircraft to determine the correct requirements or intervals according to relevant technical documents such as original equipment manufacturer manuals, Airframe Maintenance Programs, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives.
  • Review Airframe Maintenance Program and Aircraft Approved Inspection Program documents and compare them to ensure tasks are enrolled with the correct intervals and tolerance behavior.
  • Audit current aircraft enrollments and communicate findings—including task due mismatches, interval conflicts, Airworthiness Directive or Service Bulletin applicability or inapplicability, compliance data deficiencies, time-since-new or cycles-since-new issues, Airframe Maintenance Program versus original equipment manufacturer inconsistencies, and other configuration issues—to customers or aircraft operators through documentation and submission of a Quality Control Findings Report.
  • Perform core reviews from time to time for new aircraft models being enrolled in the system.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by immediate supervisors and managers.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience reviewing technical documentation such as original equipment manufacturer manuals, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Airframe Maintenance Programs, and other relevant publications.
  • A Professional Regulation Commission license or Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines Airframe and Powerplant license.
