Reply, the Turin-based consultancy, has introduced Symbiosis, an AI-driven operating model for enterprises that use generative AI and agentic systems in their operations. A supporting platform links strategy, portfolio management and execution, so companies can tie priorities and investment to measurable business outcomes. Strategic goals become "Intents": defined business problems, each with a target, owner, boundaries and timeframe. Small teams of people and AI agents, called Cells, test solutions in short cycles, and the results guide decisions to continue, redirect or stop an initiative. A shared intelligence layer, the Learning Mesh, captures knowledge from daily operations and feeds it back into strategy. Reply is applying the model in offshore energy, healthcare with an NHS Trust, and industrial machinery. The model is openly available for organisations to read, adopt and adapt.
Logistics Reply has launched the LEA AI Agent Authority Model, a framework for deploying AI agents in warehouse operations with appropriate levels of authority rather than maximum autonomy. The model combines four stages of organisational AI maturity with five authority levels: Inform, Recommend, Act, Coordinate and Governed Autonomy. To support the framework, LEA Dynamic Intelligence provides pre-built agents and an agent builder for warehouse tasks. Five new pre-built agents became available on 5 October 2026, addressing stock availability, labour distribution, inventory classification, dock scheduling and delay detection. The system enables organisations to determine suitable authority levels for AI agents based on use case, context and risk, with the ability to extend authority as operational evidence develops. Logistics Reply is a Reply group company specialising in supply chain execution and warehouse management solutions.
CEO Ramanjit Singh and the existing leadership team will continue to run FedTec.

Comsysto Reply has partnered with Audi to develop an AI-based multi-agent system for the carmaker's Used Car Platform, a digital marketplace for B2B used car trading. Since 2025, the platform has accounted for nearly 100% of Audi's B2B business in this sector. The solution uses three specialised AI agents built on GitHub Copilot to handle requirements analysis, code generation, and quality assurance. The agents work with a dedicated knowledge base containing the platform's architectural decisions and specifications, enabling them to produce outputs consistent with existing systems. The system follows a human-in-the-loop model, with AI handling repetitive tasks whilst developers focus on review and validation. Comsysto Reply has supported the platform since 2021, beginning with migration from legacy systems to AWS-based architecture.
