It runs platforms that process trillions of dollars in trades and millions of communications daily, delivering regulated software and services for governance, trading, and asset management. What sets it apart is its history as an ADP division that became a standalone public company, plus a broad, end-to-end suite built through acquisitions across proxy voting, fund data, trading, and wealth-management technology. Its goal is to be the essential, scaleable backbone for financial markets, expanding with data, digital assets, and AI-driven solutions.
