LoanCare, a US national mortgage subservicer, has launched IllumineX, an AI-powered platform designed to enhance servicing performance and borrower experience. The system analyses data across LoanCare's servicing environment to detect borrower stress early, improve retention through personalised engagement, and enhance operational performance. IllumineX reduces the time needed to turn servicing intelligence into action from weeks or months to minutes or hours, according to Jerry McCoy, executive vice president of Performance Management at LoanCare. The platform identifies risk patterns, recommends actions across servicing operations, and connects insights to workflows. Dave Worrall, LoanCare's president, said the platform turns data captured during servicing into actionable strategies for better portfolio performance. The company will preview IllumineX at MBA Annual in Chicago.
LoanCare, a US mortgage subservicer, has launched CoreSync, an API-integrated private label solution enabling real-time servicing data within clients' applications and websites. The platform allows independent mortgage banks, banks and credit unions to offer fully integrated branded customer experiences for subserviced loans. CoreSync integrates borrower mortgage data into clients' mobile apps, online banking sites and branches. Users can make payments, transfer funds to home equity line of credit accounts, set up auto-pay and access documents without leaving their institution's digital environment. The solution also provides real-time data to branch associates. The first CoreSync integration is operational at a large national lender, with broader availability expected in early Q3 2026. The headless integration solution uses LoanCare's APIs to eliminate digital handoffs that can undermine brand continuity.
