  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; must be currently enrolled or recently graduated.
  • Strong interest in real estate, home sales, or the construction industry.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in daily activities, including engaging with potential buyers and preparing presentations.
  • Greet and engage prospective homebuyers.
  • Observe sales presentations delivered to prospective buyers and learn to implement the sales process effectively.
  • Observe experienced sales consultants managing customer data in the company’s customer relationship management system, including following up with customers and maintaining accurate, up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and sales activities.
  • Learn about the documentation and legal aspects of the home sales process.
  • Help coordinate community events, grand openings, and promotional activities designed to attract potential homebuyers.
  • Participate in sales training sessions to deepen understanding of product offerings, the sales process, and sales techniques.
