Requirements
  • Three to four years of experience coaching and/or mentoring in a retail environment.
  • Three to four years of personal experience in sales and service with previous success achieving sales and service goals in a retail environment.

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Four to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to meet compliance requirements imposed by state and federal law and regulation and by First Financial Bank policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Office of Foreign Assets Control, suspicious activity reporting, lending, and deposit compliance requirements.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 10 pounds, and frequently sit, stand, walk, and drive.
Responsibilities
  • Work with existing clients and prospect for new clients to deepen client relationships by booking business directly and referring clients to appropriate internal business partners, including Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business, Commercial, and Treasury Management.
  • Open and maintain accounts.
  • Run a teller drawer as necessary.
  • Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow-up.
  • Partner with appropriate internal constituencies to bring the appropriate level of service or solution expertise to clients.
  • Ensure client follow-up calls are conducted within the proper time frame.
  • Maintain operational and risk management standards.
  • Assist clients with transactions in the branch, drive-through, by phone, and by email.
  • Model the way for peers and coworkers in alignment with First Financial Bank's mission and values.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory procedures.
  • Track, report, and communicate business results and activities to the FCM.
  • Partner with District Specialists to execute retail strategies and objectives that attract, retain, and grow core client relationships, fulfill clients' financial needs, and provide a first-class client experience.
  • Serve as a trusted personal advisor by adding value and building deep client relationships using the First Client Conversation Model.
  • Participate in and lead the First Financial Bank Experience through site-center huddles and meetings supporting sales and service activities.
  • Meet or exceed sales, service, and referral goals set by management by collaborating with the team, the district, and lines of business to help clients meet their financial needs.
  • Provide digital assistance and service to clients establishing or needing support with the bank's online offerings.
  • Stay informed about bank products, processes, and procedures, especially complex ones.
  • Support the management needs of the FCM and market leadership.
  • Complete required transaction processing, regulatory, consumer banking, deposit, lending, small business, WorkLife, and community development training and certifications.
