Requirements
  • Proven outbound hunting experience with strong small and medium-sized business closing experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • A field-first, in-person sales approach.
  • Strong organization and systems for managing territory, activity, and pipeline.
  • Ability to track sales metrics and remain accountable for performance.
  • Ability to operate autonomously without requiring extensive structure or oversight.
  • Ability to persist through rejection and adapt when sales activities are not working.
Responsibilities
  • Own the Phoenix territory, including the metro area and surrounding suburbs.
  • Visit restaurants and operators in the field weekly and build a presence in the local restaurant community.
  • Cover the East Valley and West Valley areas.
  • Manage accounts, territory coverage plans, and sales metrics.
  • Build and work a personal pipeline through calls, email, in-person visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Run product demonstrations that articulate return on investment and create urgency.
  • Close deals consistently within short sales cycles.
  • Travel regionally across the Phoenix metro on a weekly basis.
  • Partner with the regional team on messaging, strategy, and market feedback.
  • Sell with integrity by avoiding overpromising and poor-fit deals.

  • Background in software as a service, restaurant technology, food service, fast-food management, or hospitality operations.
