Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of commercial roofing experience is preferred.
  • A clean driving record is required.
  • A commercial driver's license is preferred.
  • Experience with various commercial roofing systems is required.
  • Knowledge of roof systems including cold-applied built-up roofing, EPDM, TPO/PVC membranes, tile, coatings, metal roof systems, sheet metal, and related roof accessories is required.
  • A safety-minded approach and focus on customer service are required.
Responsibilities
  • Locate leaks and perform quality roof repairs safely and in a timely manner.
  • Complete defined-scope projects and preventative maintenance activities.
  • Treat customers and fellow employees with courtesy and respect.
Desired Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of commercial roofing experience.
  • A commercial driver's license.
