- A Bachelor's degree in any major; vocational school graduates in tourism are welcome to apply.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Willingness to work at both Central Jakarta and BSD City.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule.
- Handle end-to-end ticketing processes, including issuing, reissuing, and refunding tickets.
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information.
- Meet the team's minimum productivity benchmark and accuracy standard.
- Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines when performing assigned tasks.
- Ensure all work is processed according to the team's minimum standard.
- Report issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor.
- Prior knowledge of the travel industry and global distribution systems (GDS), such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
