In addition to staffing, it also offers resources to support the mental health and well-being of healthcare professionals, such as coaching and peer support. The platform targets health systems and hospitals and is typically offered on a subscription or licensing basis as enterprise software. Its goal is to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient flow, and optimize workforce management in healthcare settings.
