- Gain insight into various insurance departments through pool-based training; from the second year, learn about different areas before moving into a permanent target department.
- Learn about insurance advising and customer support, assessing individual risks, creating suitable insurance solutions, and processing insurance contracts, claims, and benefit applications.
- Participate in seminars and workshops with other trainees to develop professional and personal skills.
