Requirements
  • Extensive product leadership experience with 10+ years of direct experience in the cloud ecosystem, ideally across roles such as cloud operations, FinOps, partner operations, or building platforms that serve cloud customers or partners.
  • Proven ability to act as a "player-coach"—driving high-level strategy, executing hands-on alongside engineering, and directing/mentoring other product owners as a respected peer leader.
  • Strong experience with cloud billing systems, cost and usage data, or revenue operations within cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud partner ecosystem (resellers, MSPs, SIs, distributors, marketplaces). Candidates have likely worked within the partner ecosystem at some point in their careers.
  • Experience building or operating platforms that serve channel or partner-driven business models.
  • Strong product sense for turning messy operational problems into clear scope and shipped value with an excellent user experience.
  • Technical fluency in cloud fundamentals and APIs across AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure.
  • Coding experience is a plus—enough to collaborate effectively with engineers, reason about feasibility, and understand system behaviors.
  • Must have demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate product specifications and development.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to engage deeply with partners, cloud experts, and internal stakeholders at the executive level.
  • A bias for action and continuous improvement: you ship, measure, learn, and iterate.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the "tip of the spear" for the DoiT Partner Platform: Serve as the foremost product authority and a leader amongst peers, driving alignment across multiple product squads and setting the bar for product excellence.
  • Own the overarching strategy, delivery, iteration, and learning velocity for major platform components.
  • Partner with VP-level leadership to define strategic direction, translating it into clear problems to solve and shippable scope.
  • Direct and mentor other Technical Product Owners to elevate product management practices, ensuring cohesive execution across the entire platform portfolio.
  • Drive the feedback loop across teams: discover → define → build → release → measure → iterate, repeatedly.
  • Review technical designs, reason about complex tradeoffs and constraints, and understand their impact on delivery timelines and system behavior, without being the primary implementer.
  • Leverage hands-on experience within the cloud ecosystem and understanding of channel, reseller, and partner business models.
  • Develop deep empathy for the workflows of cloud partners: billing operations, margin management, reseller customer management, support operations, and service delivery.
  • Use direct partner conversations and operational insight to identify friction, gaps, and strategic opportunities to improve how partners run their cloud businesses.
  • Bring strong understanding of cloud billing constructs, marketplace programs, margin models, and partner incentives across hyperscalers.
  • Help shape complex platform capabilities that manage or abstract complexity in areas such as multi-cloud billing aggregation, partner margin and discount models, customer invoicing and revenue operations, usage and cost transparency, marketplace and private offer workflows.
  • Speak frequently with key partners (aiming for 3–5 conversations a week) and internal stakeholders to validate ideas, refine workflows, and test assumptions.
  • Engage deeply with executive stakeholders at cloud partners, MSPs, SIs, and resellers to understand how they operate their cloud businesses.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently: share concepts early, take feedback openly, synthesize input into strategic decisions, and explain "why" in a way that builds trust and consensus among peers and leadership.
  • Operate as a core leader working closely with Engineering leaders—present in daily collaboration, crisp in decision-making, and pragmatic about constraints.
  • Partner with Engineering leads on sequencing, technical tradeoffs, and delivery planning—ensuring product intent survives implementation realities.
  • Ensure components are cohesive across UX, APIs, data, and operational behavior, supporting partner-grade reliability and scalability.
  • Define what “success” means for the platform portfolio with clear metrics (partner adoption, onboarding speed, billing accuracy, workflow completion, retention, reliability signals, partner-reported impact).
  • Instrument learning: ensure releases are measurable and that insights reliably flow back into portfolio prioritization.
  • Ensure platform capabilities account for the operational realities of the cloud partner ecosystem, including billing accuracy, financial reconciliation, and auditability.
  • You are universally recognized by your peers and leadership as the driving force and primary authority ("tip of the spear") for the Partner Platform's product direction.
  • Platform capabilities ship frequently with clear partner value.
  • Partner feedback loops are strong and visibly influence the overarching roadmap.
  • Adoption across the partner ecosystem increases and partner operational workflows improve measurably.
  • Billing accuracy, financial transparency, and operational scalability improve for partners using the platform.
  • Engineering teams consistently have clarity on the next most valuable increment to build—and why.
  • Other product owners on the team are effectively mentored, aligned, and elevated through your leadership.
Desired Qualifications
  • Coding experience is a plus—enough to collaborate effectively with engineers, reason about feasibility, and understand system behaviors

DoiT acquires Attribute to launch real-time AI tokenomics and earns AWS Business Value Realization status

DoiT acquired AI cost-management startup Attribute in July 2026 to launch a real-time, kernel-level tokenomics product. The Santa Clara-based company has acquired five companies in the past 18 months, focusing on AI cost management. DoiT simultaneously became an inaugural partner for the new AWS Business Value Realization Competency, which proves measurable financial and technical outcomes for enterprise customers. This recognition complements a five-year strategic collaboration agreement with AWS to generate $5 billion in business. The acquisition enables DoiT to offer automated, zero-instrumentation cost attribution that tracks real-time consumption at the kernel level. The platform connects AI token costs directly to individual customers, features, and autonomous agents without requiring SDKs or tagging policies. DoiT aims to lead in establishing operational standards for AI token attribution alongside the newly formed Tokenomics Foundation by the Linux Foundation and FinOps Foundation.

DoiT launches Attribute to track AI spend without code changes

DoiT has launched Attribute™, a technology that tracks AI spending across tokens, model requests, and GPU usage without requiring SDKs, tags, or code changes. The system uses a lightweight eBPF sensor that installs in approximately 15 minutes and immediately provides detailed cost breakdowns per customer, feature, and agent. The technology addresses a growing challenge in AI cost management. DoiT projects monthly AI spend will triple in the next 12 months, yet only 15% of 500 surveyed enterprise leaders said they could calculate AI ROI without significant bottlenecks. Attribute™ measures consumption at the operating system kernel level, tracking every GPU cycle, API call, and token back to the specific workload, tenant, or agent responsible. The system automatically splits cached, reasoning, input, and output tokens and integrates with cost data from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and AWS Bedrock.

DoiT expands PartnerOps platform with revenue management for cloud distributors

DoiT has expanded its PartnerOps platform with Revenue Management capabilities, responding to growing demand from cloud distributors and hyperscalers. The platform helps channel partners operate profitable cloud practices by automating billing, reconciliation and margin protection across multi-tier distribution structures. The expansion builds on DoiT's November 2025 alliance with Ingram Micro, which brought DoiT Cloud Intelligence to thousands of AWS partners. In December, DoiT earned AWS Managed Services Provider Programme Designation, placing it amongst the top tier of AWS MSP partners globally. Revenue Management automates the conversion of cloud usage into invoice-ready charges, applying contract-aware pricing logic across distributors, resellers and end customers. The module eliminates manual reconciliation work and reduces revenue leakage. DoiT manages over $20 billion in cloud spend for 4,500 customers across 27 countries.
