Atos launches Genesis Intelligence AI suite and Codex for mission-critical decisions

Atos completes digital workplace overhaul for 30,000 Orange Business users in 60 countries

Atos has completed a global digital workplace overhaul for Orange Business, the company announced on October 20, 2026. The programme, called "MyDesk," covers nearly 30,000 users in more than 60 countries. It is part of a seven-year contract signed in early 2024, and it is the first of this scale to outsource digital workplace services at Orange Business. The migration took two years, starting with France and then moving to major service centres and the remaining countries. Employees now use a single portal for support, incident management, and device requests. The system runs on a ServiceNow IT service management platform, which replaced several legacy support chains with one operating model. The contract also includes carbon reporting and Green IT practices. Both companies are exploring generative AI uses.
