Responsibilities
Organize and sort materials in preparation for crafting.
Set up sewing machines by changing needles, securing attachments, and ensuring proper working order.
Inspect materials for flaws or imperfections.
Stitch materials together using a variety of sewing machines while guiding the fabric precisely.
Monitor machine performance, identify and address malfunctions, and adjust settings to maintain output.
Use hand-sewing and ironing techniques when needed to achieve the desired quality.
Inspect finished products to maintain craftsmanship standards.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer instructions and address issues or repairs promptly.
Organize and replenish spools of thread, cord, and other materials on machine spindles.
Remain proficient in sewing and cross-train on other machinery as needed.
Maintain an organized work routine and pay close attention to detail.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety protocols.
Assist the team with related tasks as needed.

Material Preparation: Methodically organize and sort materials to prepare them for crafting.
Machine Setup: Skillfully set up the sewing machine by changing needles, securing attachments, and ensuring it's in perfect working order.
Quality Control: Thoroughly inspect materials for any flaws or imperfections, upholding our commitment to excellence.
Sewing Expertise: Seamlessly stitch materials together using a variety of sewing machines, guiding the fabric with precision.
Machine Maintenance: Regularly monitor machine performance, detect and address malfunctions, and adjust settings as needed to maintain optimal output.
