Ocorian expands Capital Markets team in Luxembourg. 21 September, 2026 Ocorian, a specialist global provider of solutions to asset owners and asset managers, has appointed Emiliano Giubileo as Head of Capital Markets, Luxembourg, further strengthening its team in the region. Based in Luxembourg, his appointment underlines Ocorian's commitment to and focus on further expansion and growth plans in the region. Emiliano brings more than two decades of experience in senior positions, most recently as Head of Capital Markets for Fundamentals S.A. in Luxembourg, where he was responsible for portfolio growth, technology integration and established and managed the capital markets team. Andy joined Ocorian in 2025 and has served as Head of Private Client for Guernsey and the Isle of Man. In his expanded role, Andy will lead Ocorian's Guernsey business, in addition to overseeing the group's private client strategy across Guernsey and the Isle of Man. He will be responsible for leading Ocorian's management team in Guernsey and managing regulatory relationships. Andy succeeds Ben Hill, who moves to focus fully on his group-wide responsibilities as Global Head of Fund Services. Andy brings more than 25 years' experience across private client, corporate and investment management.
