About the job

Requirements
  • Have built, run, launched, relaunched, or owned a meaningful part of a loyalty program.
  • Understand loyalty program mechanics, including earn rates, tiers, redemption behavior, breakage, and program economics.
  • Understand loyalty program finance, including liability, accrual, and financial implications for CFOs.
  • Have experience with consumer goods or retail brands or categories.
  • Write well and quickly, and prefer producing work directly rather than delegating it.
  • Use AI tools to increase individual productivity and be willing to expand their use.
  • Be effective on stage and in client or buyer conversations.
Responsibilities
  • Own loyalty program economics as the standard for evaluating work, including earn and burn structures, tier design, breakage assumptions, redemption behavior, and pricing.
  • Build loyalty program designs and conduct reviews of live programs, making concrete recommendations.
  • Model liability and accrual for program designs so financial projections withstand CFO scrutiny.
  • Use AI and available tools to increase production volume, and own quality standards for all loyalty work delivered to prospects and clients.
  • Analyze customer-call recordings and live program data across more than 300 brands to identify what is working in the loyalty category and what effective programs do differently.
  • Translate market findings into evidence-backed product demand and roadmap recommendations with the VP of Product.
  • Assess market and sales bets, identifying early when they are working or not.
  • Teach and correct the AI to produce program designs, account reviews, feature explanations, and content in the company’s voice.
  • Work with data and AI teams to develop shippable AI-based loyalty program design capabilities.
  • Represent the company at loyalty conferences, panels, podcasts, and analyst conversations, and write substantive public-facing content.
  • Participate in pre-sales calls and post-sales client discussions when clients need senior loyalty expertise.
  • In the first 30 days, review the call corpus, identify three mistaken assumptions, and recommend one product to build.
  • By day 60, publish a loyalty program design standard and prepare a client-ready plan using it.
  • By day 90, bring AI-generated drafts of that work to a quality level suitable for client use.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with loyalty programs where the brand does not control the point of sale, including third-party retail and direct-to-consumer channels, or receipt-based or inferred purchase data.

TrueLoyal launches Advanced Analytics to predict churn and show loyalty teams whom to target

TrueLoyal has launched Advanced Analytics, an add-on to its TrueLoyal Rewards software that shows loyalty teams which members to target and when. The San Antonio company announced the product on October 21, 2026. The tool puts a prediction on every member profile. Those predictions feed into the campaign builder, so teams can turn scores into campaign audiences without leaving the platform. It includes AI Churn Prediction, which rates how likely each buying member is to drift away, and next purchase prediction, which estimates when members will buy again. Benchmarking gives each program a Loyalty Health Score against others in its industry, using publicly available data. Advanced Analytics is available now to TrueLoyal Rewards customers.

TrueLoyal launches MCP beta to let teams query loyalty data via any AI assistant

TrueLoyal, a loyalty and advocacy platform, has launched a beta tool that lets loyalty teams query their program data through any AI assistant. The TrueLoyal MCP, short for Model Context Protocol, was announced on October 14, 2026. Teams can ask in plain language how many members signed up last week, which members have stopped buying, or what their points liability is. They can also build custom dashboards without filing a request. Access is opt-in and off by default. Users see only data their account already permits, and the beta is read-only. The beta is live for select Rewards customers, with general availability planned for later this year.

TrueLoyal expands churn prediction to help brands retain customers before disengagement occurs

TrueLoyal, a consumer engagement platform, has expanded its Churn Prediction capability to serve as an intelligence layer across its platform. The tool identifies at-risk customers earlier by analysing behavioural changes, engagement patterns and participation signals before disengagement becomes visible in standard reporting. The model is trained on loyalty programme data within specific industries, allowing it to recognise healthy engagement patterns and flag deviations. This early warning system enables brands to intervene whilst relationships remain intact, rather than relying on reactive win-back campaigns. The capability is embedded within TrueLoyal's platform, allowing brands to respond through multiple channels including rewards, offers and community participation. CEO Jacek Materna said the intelligence layer reveals member behaviour "before it shows up in your numbers". The feature is now available for eligible TrueLoyal Rewards clients.
